We enlisted Lori Nye to help with the decisions for our Medicare Coverage. She was patient, informed and instructive in helping us navigate the options available to us as new Medicare eligibility. Lori was wonderful at helping me with a very stressful situation with my current health coverage. She was compassionate and stepped in to bring some clarity to the very confusing marketplace maze. In the past I worked with another broker who dismissed my request for help when I was not getting my tax form. Lori did more for me without knowing me then my supposed current broker never did. I`m moving abroad , but at my return I won`t hesitate to work with her. I highly recommend her!

I am not the most knowledgeable about available insurance and Medicare options but Lori was patient, knowledgeable, clear spoken, and was very willing to explain things to my satisfaction. Again, this is a rarity in people any more.
She did a great job scheduling appointments for us to talk and was on time for all our meetings whether by Zoom or phone.

We came to Lori in complete ignorance of post-retirement health care options. She patiently explained the various programs and features of each, and gave us 'homework' to do to further improve our understanding of the system(s). After a couple emails and a phone meeting, we were able to make an informed decision. Without her help we might have figured things out, but it would have taken many days and much frustration. Lori is a terrific technical resource and is also a pleasure to talk with. 5 stars for sure!
