I went in to have my breaks checked yesterday and the front desk man was soooo rude and literally scowled at me. Later, when I went to pick up my car from the shop, the same front desk person came off just as nasty as earlier. I had been given a quote upwards to $1,000 so I asked him what exactly was wrong with my car. He responded with “How about I print it out for you?” He did print it out but provided no explanation for the items listed. So today I went to a different local auto shop. They were 10x better and explained to me that my break pads are new and I just have break dust on them.

Terrible experience! Our truck air conditioner wasn’t working. My husband paid 1200-1300 unfortunately, in 6 days it stop working. I read we had warranty so, we bought it back and they said, “it’s a different piece now and you have to repay!” I did not recommend this place at all. The only reason I went here was because it was close by. I do not recommend!

Thank you Mr. Fixits! I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to stop by because my brakes were squeaky and my dad told me I need to have them looked at. They were super friendly and super fast!! They even vacuumed all the dirt off my mats. I'm glad nothing is squeaking anymore and my brakes are fixed. Great job!

This is by far the worst repair shop I've ever been to. Their rates are higher than anyone around for work that is incomplete. When you bring your car there, expect to throw away money and still have to bring it to another shop for fixing. They'll misdiagnosis the issue, charge you for repairs not needed, and then say we've tried everything. Sorry but, no refund should be there slogan. You'll end up towing your car to another shop. Do not walk away from this hole in the wall, RUN!! Plus they are the most unfriendly people when ripping you off. They told my friend he needed a new head gasket. Was

The AC in my car wasn't blowing as hard as it used to anymore. I called the dealership and they want $1,850 to fix it!!!! I figured I'd just be hot cause there's no way I can come up with that kind of money to fix it. well.... long story short. I went by Mr. Fixits they gave me a free estimate and saved me a ton! $$$$. If your having problems with you AC I highly recommend stopping by and speaking with Troy or Darren. Thanks so much guys! I don't know what I would have done without you!!!

We arrived in Gonzales, LA for a horse show early Saturday morning. Somewhere along our 8hr drive, we lost a wheel off of our 42ft living quarters. We found Mr. Fix It through google and called. Thank goodness for Darren and his staff!!! They got us up and running so we could safely return home. They were incredibly polite, prompt, and affordable. Will recommend them to everyone I know traveling through Gonzales!!! Thank you again Darren and staff!!!!!

They changed my air for half the price of the firestone people down the road who told me it cost double around 850 to fix the back a/c in my 2011 town and country and around 450 for the front that has two units because the back panels had to come off and it was so hard to get to. I went home took the back panels off its just a plastic screw you turn one direction. Do I thought something was up. And firestone place got angry when I told them I was going to get a second opinion. They told me to fix it myself they were rude. And I got tires from the firestone shop on burnside right before that which

My family and I have been going to these guys for years. Done everything from buying and installing new tires to major engine repair. Always pleasant and informative over the phone and at the counter. Had no problem with them honoring warranty work. Seem to go out of their way to get me the best price on parts. I've always gotten great quotes on work needed. These guys are so good they stay extremely busy, so expect some longer wait time for more serious repairs. Just a price for being good at what you do. I will remain a repeat customer.

Dishonest company
Do not go to MR FIX ITS. Tried to charge me $2,400 for a $200 fix. Lied and told me my transmission I just had rebuilt 3 months ago was in their worlds "completely burned up" and "unsalvagable" that the people who "serviced your transmission did it wrong" wanted $2400 for a new transmission. And since it was under warranty it would have cost $1200 for a swap out since I was being sent a transmission from my warranty. I wasn't willing to pay that much so I took it somewhere else that gave me a much more reasonable quote asked him for a second
