When I went to buy the rims, the guy at the front desk gave me a set date and time for me to drop off the truck for a day so that they could install the leveling kit and wheels. My main goal was to get the spike lug nuts installed with the wheels. I dropped off my truck at 8:00am and I went back at 6:00pm to pick it up. When they gave me the truck 1.) they installed a completely different inner rim on the back wheels chrome instead of black mate 2.) no spike lugs, which was the main thing I wanted 3.) no alignment was done even though I paid $7,000 already because it’s was extra charge come on

I came in for a lift, and the team at King Pin was so professional and friendly that I left with a lift kit and a rim and tire package. There service is second to none, not to mention the cleanliness of the store was impeccable. This was the best service I’ve ever had, coming from a tire dealership EVER!!!!! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wheels and tire deals, or even lift kits.

Outstanding service thus far. I called and spoke with Preston. I informed him that my husband liked a set of tires and wheels they had posted on Facebook, and I wanted to surprise him with them. I described the truck, terribly I might add, and the wheels. Preston said he knew exactly what I was talking about and looking for. He asked the size I wanted and style preferences. He took me through the process and informed me that he would have the tires mounted, balanced and in route to our location. He was polite and professional.

Called upon arrival and Reagan answered the phone and was very helpful and Informative. We arrived at the shop and it was so clean and welcoming . I love how they greeted us when we walked in. Stephan and Preston were nice and made us laugh even though we were stressed from our tire needing replacing. Thanks to you all for the great customer service!

They are very good at selling you upfront but do not count on them to be on time in regards to pick up. I would love to say they met expectations but the fact is they did not. Pay first and then see what that will get you after. Just expect to drop your vehicle off early, for no good reason, and then wait till they close to hear anything. Customer service doesn't seem to be their priority. Sure hope this isn't typical.

I made an appointment 5 days in advance to put a 2 inch leveling kit on my truck was told it wouldn't take all day. I paid full amount in advance. I brought my truck on the designated day at 8:30 like instructed. Parked my truck 10ft from the front door. Was told someone would be there, no one was there. Put the keys in the key drop box. I called to check on truck around 2pm, asked to check on my truck. Was told the keys were not up front so they must still be working on it. I replied I was told it would take a couple hours. She said that was not there policy and that I was not told

Great experience purchasing tires and having them installed, balanced and front end alignment. Savannah was a great help and very professional. Saved several hundred dollars over the dealership and got better tire with longer warranty thanks to her recommendation. Car was ready a little quicker than they said as well. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

I brought my truck here for a balance and rotation job. I chose Kingpin because I thought they could perform the work without damaging my wheels, considering they are a custom shop. I was sadly disappointed! They broke one of my wheels locks and weren't able to get the last wheel of. They apparently used an impact on my wheel locks, which they said were known for breaking. Go figure! So, I had to take a day off work to bring my truck back so they could fix it. When I picked up my truck I noticed significant damage to the wheel finish.
