I have been a customer for many years. Recently, one of my speakers was acting up plus my Control 4 remote control was in a very sad state, with the LCD no longer showing visuals. Anthony from Audio Impact came to the house on time and nailed my issues 1-2-3. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my audio problems in short time. These guys are great. Seriously the best. We have a whole house Crestron and Lutron system and they are highly responsive, friendly and spot on. We had and issue with our sound caused by a power outage and a remote problem. Josh jumped on it and came out the next day, figured out the issue and cured the problem. Ryan is the owner and he and Josh understand these systems and make it simple for those of us that do not. Thanks Audio Impact!

I needed to update HIKVISION on my computer. I wasn't comfortable downloading it to my computer so I called and spoke with Ryan. After explaining my situation on the phone, we then had a Zoom meeting where Carly was able to do EVERYTHING for me on her end! So I have HIKVISION up and running again and can view my cameras from my computer screen.

I highly recommend Audio Impact for all your smart home needs. I called for service and Olivia was great to work with along with their technician Albert who was very thorough and informative. I felt very guided and up to speed with the choices they provided. They helped me design, program, and install the Lutron lighting system. My whole family finds the system very easy to use and we can control our own lights for the keypads through our Phones. During the construction they also prewired for in-ceiling speakers that we use for Spotify and Pandora all the time. Audio impact install quality is top

They replaced my old, tired whole-house A-V system including an A-V rack, multiple Sonos zones and a 5.1 home theater, with a state-of-the art system using Control4 smarts. And they threw in a new 4k TV which they provided to me at their cost. All at a reasonable, fair price.
Every technician was 100% professional and customer-focused. Every phone and email interaction was prompt and responsive. The project was on time without any $$$ surprises. And I still get periodic phone calls

From the beginning I have had the best experience with Audio Impact. Kyra and Ryan came over and did a walkthrough of my home. We had a Control4 System but were looking to upgrade to Crestron. They were very professional and really listened to what we wanted. Through the proposal process they were extremely responsive in updating the quotes, and really sold us a system that we wanted and would use. After intermittent internet for two weeks and then zero internet for four days, we suffered thru the frustrations of hiring four computer service companies as they spent hours at our house , scratching their heads and failing to get our internet stable and reconnect our Control 4 home system.

I contacted Audio Impact to help me acquire a 4Sight subscription for my home Control4 system. The service was excellent, quick and so responsive. Very friendly too. Next time I need anything related to electronics done for my home, I will look to them.

We have been working with Audio Impact for the past 6 years on many projects including newly constructed homes and remodels. It has always been so easy for us to install our DirectTV boxes in Audio Impact's equipment racks. All the wiring is all labeled and easy to identify which boxes go where. Their cable quality is awesome and their computer networking is top notch and makes it a breeze for our boxes to configure and offer on-demand and whole home service with the Genie and Samsung RVU DirecTV integration. We strongly recommend these guys!

I had the most amazing experience working with Audio Impact. My husband and I just completed our home remodeling project which was definitely a lot more work than we were ready for! My husband's dream for many years has been to build a mini theater in our old play room.
