I have been a State Farm insurance agent in Chicago, Illinois since 2010. I have been familiar with State Farm my entire life because my dad worked for the company for over 40 years. I love that my agency is a part of such a trustworthy and reliable brand. I really enjoy getting to know the residents of cook county by helping with their insurance and financial needs.
I have 3 wonderful children I am raising in the Elmhurst community. I love Chicago because of the culture, food, and character. I am thankful I've been able to serve Belmont Cragin, Hermosa, Humboldt Park, North Austin as well as the rest of the Chicago communities for so many years. We also work closely with the communities of Oak Park, Berwyn, and Elmhurst.

I've had statefarm since we bought our house 7 years ago.i had a previous insurance company and they canceled our policy.i happened to just walk in one day and chat with Mark and he connected me to one of his employees.we been cool ever since.anything i need it is a pretty quick turn around.everyone is friendly! Luis is an awesome cat, very knowledgeable, and doesn't leave any details out.

Already had them for my car insurance and recently had the good people at Mark Hanson’s state farm agency handle all of my insurance affairs dealing with the purchase of my new home and properly insuring said home as well as making sure I was properly and fully informed about all the things I needed to insure my home. Sasha and Luis are very helpful and always great to deal with on the phone or in person, very good and knowledgeable people.

I was matched randomly with Mark Hanson and I am really happy to say for the past year, any and all concerns have been addressed in a timely and respectful way. Funny enough, I applied for renter's insurance through state farm, and was matched with another competitor branch. They called me several times and tried convincing me to purchase a life insurance policy so I wouldn't be a "burdon" to my family if I passed. I immediately switched that policy to Mark Hanson's and I've had no trouble.
