I've tried and tried to like the food but it's not even close to good. I had the steak sandwich. It's on the menu as served with onion petals. That should read onion petal, singular. I got one rather small soggy piece. The steak which I had ordered medium was well done and dry. Couldn't taste much seasoning either. All in all, a pretty poor effort. Had I been dining in the restaurant, I would have sent it back but when you've got home with it, you really don't want to go out again. As I've said before, I really don't like to have to write negatively

Normally, this place is pretty awesome. Last time we ordered form here though, it was TERRIBLE. We ordered a large pizza with half cheese, and half olive and onions. Somehow, we got a pizza with pineapple and bacon all over it. Without that bad experience, I would give this place 3-4 stars, but it's just annoying.

When i came here last month, it was good. the pizza my bf and i got were half Hawaiian pizza and i forgot what we got for the other half. regardless, the pizza overall was super tasty and great. the server were super nice and so was the bartender. i highly recommend if you're in syracuse! visiting from nyc, this place was really good! just as food as nyc pizza :) this is family/kids friendly place & good for couples as well!

I've been a customer since 1978. My patronage ended yesterday when I called with a pizza order. The man who answered asked if my order was for delivery or pickup. I asked for delivery to Lakeland. He responded, "we don't deliver to Lakeland during the State Fair!", and then hung up the phone. He never gave me the option to pick up my order, which I was willing to do. My business went to Johnny Mac's of Lakeland. Service was great and pizza delicious. Johnny Mac's is now my pizza go to place. Sorry Twin Trees, you missed out on a $100 pizza order. You need

In went there tonight with my boyfriend for a late dinner and it was just okay. Our food was good however our service left something to be desired. Our server was good when we first sat down but ended up flying past us most of the night. I had a question about an dish when he brought our drinks but he just put the drinks down and basically ran away from us. It took awhile between our salads and meals came and they were just warm and not hot. Hopefully it was just an off night

Haven't been to this location in a long time but it's exactly what I remembered. A small, family friendly, delicious Italian restaurant. Brought friends for their first Twin Trees experience and did they love it! The chicken riggies and eggplant parm are my favorite dishes. This last time though, the eggplant was a bit overcooked. Will have to get their famous pizza next time!!

We asked for the basketball game to be put on in the bar, we were the only patrons in the whole bar, yet they could only put the game on the smallest, and blurriest TV.
The other 6 TVs had the weather channel, golf, a press conference, spectrum news, and a repeat Indy race, but we got a simple 'no' when asked to put it on a different tv.
Rude and no conversation in an empty bar. Felt weird and found a different place. So strange.

This place has been around for over 60 years and the quality of food and service here is always outstanding; Katie is the best waitresses!
I've been all over the country and Twin Trees is still my favorite pizza place! Their crust is light, fluffy and is a little crispy on the edges. The toppings, cheese and their sauce is always yummy. Every other place around has soggy oily pizza or wings that are either to dry from over frying or overly oily. They also make the Italian classics well, huge portions here!
Great family place and environment, they get packed on the weekends so make reservations

Overrated and over priced.
They left out two items in our takeout order and failed to offer any suitable reimbursement or credit. The best they could offer was for us to come and pick up the forgotten items (and then return home to eat cold pizza). I'm not sure how this could be the answer offered by a business that consistently forgets things but they have failed to recognize this on each and every occasion. We have let this slide in the past, but last night was the third and final strike.
All they had to do was: a) apologize, b) offer credit for future purchase or an additional pizza

Whenever I'm in Syracuse all I need to hear are 2 special words to make it a good trip... Twin trees.
There a few different locations and I always order pizza from them. This location is a full restaurant that also has a party space in the back.
I always get pizza here even though they offer more because how could you not! I love the way it is cut. The little rectangles are perfect for helping you not overeat although not over eating here is hard. I love the garlic pizza and pepperoni and bacon pizza.
