I’ve been living at the Colonnade for about five years and it’s been such a wonderful home and community. The team of staff here are exceptional and helpful, and they go out of their way to keep this place a safe home for all who live here. The management team is fair to all residents, both renters and owners. I don’t know what we would do without them!

The staff at the Colonnade has been great since day one. Everyone from the Manager Erick down thru his front desk guys David and David, the security guards, maintenance and the cleaning staff all amazing people always willing to help and go the extra mile for their residents. We love living here and would high recommend it to anyone looking for save, friendly condo to live at

We have lived at the Colonnade since the building was opened, about 8 years, and we love it here. It is convenient, comfortable and well kept. The residents are friendly and the staff is very hard working. There is never a day where I don't see the custodial cleaning and fixing issues. The management team of Erick, David, David and the security staff are courteous, friendly, reliable and willing to help with any problem, big or small. They will even help with non unit related issues, such as flat tires and dead car batteries. We are very happy here.

I have been a resident at the Colonnade SE for over 9 years now and I can only say great things about everyone that works here. From Erick Navarro (property Manager) to all the staff .... "YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!! " thanks for doing your job so well".
For the person that reviewed our building 2 days ago as " Parking Horrible" because they sticker your car...I am so glad they did....that means managment is doing their JOB!...If you are not familiar with the rules of the building, you should ask prior parking in the visitor parking. For your information cars are NOT allowed to park there if they dont

Amazing place to live at, been here for the past 3 years and i love it. The building has a great management staff. The building is very well maintained and modernized. The cleaning staff is also constantly cleaning,The building has a heated pool and Jacuzzi, it also has a great gym. Like i said before this place is Amazing, love it , and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I give the Colonnade at Dadeland, 5 stars... I would highly recommend this building, either for purchase or rent. I'm happy to say I've been living here for over 4 years and after spending a month looking for another place because 2,200 sq. ft. didn't seem big enough, it made me realize how great this place is. The amount of space you get for your money, is a real a plus. You can't compare to anything in the area, trust me.
I'm not going anywhere! In comparison to all the other places in the neighborhood that I've looked into, this one is outstanding in all aspects. The amenities are excellent
