Working with Kylie legitimately changed my life! I desperately wanted to get healthier but found doing things on my own to be overwhelming and complicated. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and feel like I never could make a diet or a weight loss program work. After spending time with Kylie, she explained why dieting doesn't work, but a new POV on what I should be eating. I am not starving myself, but eating the right foods. Kylie focuses on what you are doing right and encourages you when you are struggling. Her tips on delicious alternatives for cravings have really helped. I've never lost weight EVER, even 2 pounds, but with Kylie I'm down 18! I'm almost halfway to my goal and couldn't be more excited. She is SO SO SUPPORTIVE! She doesn't make you feel bad if you fall off the wagon though, but instead supports you to get back on!
We made a plan of attack specifically for me. I was shocked at how little I knew about food... Everything is doable, there's no crazy fads or starving yourself, it's about learning

Kylie is top notch. I saw her earlier this year for a weight loss detox program. I had slowly gained weight over the years, and have always had a tendency to over-eat, something that has also been surrounded by guilt for me. No one would ever know, as I am 5"9 and considered slim, but have fluctuated between 135-143lbs. for the past 10 years, I am 43 now.
