Services
Our Project Managers have academic and/or technical degrees and all personnel are trained, licensed and certified in accordance with contemporary requirements for the environmental services sector. We have performed over 1,800 Phase I and Phase II ESAs; removed or remediated over 600 underground storage tanks; closed more than 150 oilfield waste pits and trained hundreds of industry workers on hazardous material and OSHA/RCRA requirements.

We found Donald after another engineer didn't deliver on a project and we are so glad we did! The team at SSCI was amazing and helped us bring our crazy ideas into reality. Donald listened, digested and asked lots of great questions to decipher what we wanted and then put his engineering know-how into finding solutions and making it happen. Thank you so much team! SSCI performed a very comprehensive wetlands evaluation of our 155 acre plant site. They produced a detailed report with recommendations for planning future expansion projects. They also helped us understand wetlands mitigation and how to mitigate the wetlands areas we have on site.

I worked with Donald on an extension project to my existing house. We had hired a different architect for the structural work and the city of Houston came back with some comments and the original architect was taking extremely long to respond. As a result our project was on hold for more than 3 1/2 to 4 months. I was able to just find Donald and connect with him right away. I sent him the original drawings and City’s comments and he was extremely responsive and sent me the new drawings within a week. We were able to submit modifications to the city. The other Architect I was using kept using
