Best passionfruit cake ever... Ordered last year for her 17th bday, ordered same for her 18th. Well, wanted it all rose gold, but fda banned eating or using 'gold'. So ocean theme... When you kids bday is 6 days b4 Christmas, you go all out for the birthday!

We hired JennyWenny Cakes to make a cake for our post-elopement dinner, and they were so responsive and had amazing resources and options, from a choice of cake stands to different cake designs and different flavors of each layer. I was initially worried about ordering a cake because my sister is allergic to eggs and ALL nuts and a lot of my family is lactose-intolerant, but they were so reassuring and made a vegan, nut-free cake. We did a takeout tasting during the fall and everything was so delicious, it was so hard to choose! We eventually opted for a two tier cake, with lemon cake on the top

We hired Jenny Wenny Cakes to do our wedding cake and it turned out amazing. Go to the tasting hungry, because there are more flavors to try than we thought existed. We went with a funfetti sponge with lemon curd - a huge hit with the guests! They were also very easy to coordinate dropoff and set up with. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jenny and her team!

JennyWenny Cakes was amazing. We were planning our wedding during COVID and they were so accommodating. They created a gorgeous tasting for us to take home! All the flavors were amazing, it was so hard to choose, so we ended up picking two, both huge hits at the wedding. They were very responsive to all our needs. We wanted a simple small cake with sheet cake to be served and they executed flawlessly.

The cake was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning (the tasting) and the actual wedding. It was AMAZING both in taste and appearance. The cake was soooo beautiful & delicious. The design was beautifully done. The details were wooowwww. Everyone gave such great compliments for the cake & design. The taste was soooo flavourful. We hired JennyWenny Cakes to bake desserts for our wedding reception, and they came out great. To start with, they were very responsive from the first time I contacted them right through the wedding day. They worked with us to provide a takeout tasting during the peak of COVID - the hardest part was narrowing down the options. We ended up choosing a small 6" wedding cake just for the cutting, and then a dessert platter of mini cupcakes, cake pops, and little trifles. I particularly recommend the strawberry trifle, while my now wife loved the cake pops. We had enough vegan guests coming

JennyWenny did it again! After our delicious cake for our minimony last year we were so excited to have Jenny's cake and cupcakes at our reception this year. The macarons were also delicious and our guests couldn't stop raving about the dessert! We borrowed stands as well and the team was so communicative throughout the whole process. We hired Jenny Wenny cakes to make our wedding cake and it was BEAUTIFUL! Several guests asked me after where we ordered the cake as it was delicious 😋 we had nearly naked vanilla cake with mascarpone cream and it was juicy enough, sweet enough but not too sweet, with beautiful golden leaf decoration. Delivery was on time and with no issues, communication was smooth, we got responses very quick and it really was terrific from first phone call till the last bite!

We got married at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate, and JennyWenny Cakes was a preferred cake vendor. We enjoyed their cake tasting and sampled many of their cakes & desserts. While we loved so many of their cake flavors, we decided to narrow it down to 3: Hazelnut-Almond with nutella, Funfetti with triple berry jam & strawberry cake with strawberry jam. The hazlenut-almond with nutella was hands down our favorite flavor. It is a premium flavor, but we decided it was worth the money to upgrade to premium. They did a cake for our wedding 5/22 and it was amazing! It came out exactly how we wanted it to look. They were prompt on the time to deliver. But most importantly it tasted amazing! I wanted to order from Jenny since we share a name and it was for my birthday dinner with my family. I was so impressed with Jenny's prompt customer service, her friendliness, and her efficiency from our first interaction with her.
Once they were served, the mini chocolate cupcakes I ordered were a big hit! My family wouldn't stop raving about how delicious they were. My family is VERY picky but they loved everything from the taste to the amount to the appearance.

We booked Jenny Wenny Cakes for our wedding in July 2020. Due to Coronavirus, we decided to cancel our wedding. Jenny and her team worked with us and assisted us with applying our deposit to our new date. They were flexible and understanding throughout the entire process. My now-husband and I ordered our wedding cake from JennyWenny Cakes and it was INCREDIBLE! We got the carrot cake with a modified cream cheese frosting (to make it a little less sweet--so kind of them to accommodate us!) that was absolutely delicious. Our families loved the cake, too, and everyone told us that it was the best carrot cake they had ever had. Also, the cake was designed exactly as we had specified--"nearly naked" with some gold leaf. Simple but elegant! My mom wanted to dress it up even more with a little cake topper, so we added that, too :)

Everyone's on Covid-19 shut down throughout the state and nation... I am a huge proponent of small businesses and I applaud Eater San Diego for putting together a list of local businesses who are providing limited services during these scary and trying times.
We live around the corner from JennyWenny Cakes and I can't count the number of times I came across this highly rated business.. but I never had an excuse to order extravagant sweets to give them a try (mostly my waistline doesn't allow for it).

Jenny Wenny Cakes delivered the most perfect and delicious cake for my husband's Navy ceremony. It looked exactly like what we imagined and Jenny Wenny communicated the entire time up to the event to make it all happen. I cannot recommend then enough! The cake was a huge hit! We had nothing left to take home. We will definitely use them for any cakes in the future.

My sister in-law bought her baby shower cake from here and it was amazing. Every one was really impressed. Hands down the best cake I've ever eaten. We had blueberry on the top and Nutella in the bottom. My wife and her friends have lost their minds and have eaten 3-4 pieces and can't stop thinking about it. Highly recommend giving this business a try.
