This place is beautiful on the outside and inside- décor wise. Service wise 0/10 recommended, went for a birthday celebration & we were a party of 8 and they brought out food 15-20 mins apart but I've heard this happens to other groups too so it's no matter the size of your party and that's if they don't forget to make it. I've gone twice, both times they had maybe 5 parties of 5 and less with my big one and they just failed epically. When you ask for a manager, the hostess is the manager "sometimes", the chef comes out to apologize but also patronize you

Did not get to try the food. Restaurant was empty literally 2 other tables. Asked for a table further inside because we were placed right by the door and it was cold and windy. They denied our request because it was a certain waiters turn... ridiculous! Not client centered. Probably a good place to be employed....

The Calamari was good, ribeye tasty, filet over cooked and service was okay. Also, if they do a good job at explaining the restaurant concept and the menu, they can mention that 18% gratuity is included in your check. I always leave cash for tip so our server received a $55 tip (the 18% she didn’t mention and then 20% that was “suggested” on my receipt). Owner: I get that “Florida has a mandatory 18% gratuity” but your servers need to tell the party when they drop off their check. No other restaurant on Clematis automatically adds gratuity for parties less then 6. I will not be returning

Booked a reservation for my parents anniversary. The inside is BeAUTIFUL. However, the chairs/sofas are a little uncomfortable for us short people.
Our waitress, Daria, was very sweet and accommodating. The drinks were wonderful. We ordered appetizers: squid, bruschetta, and meatballs. The bruschetta was great, but the other two were okay. Nothing spectacular, but good. The squid was a VERY small portion and had more potato than squid on plate.

We went to Sourbon for the first-time last night, and it will be our last time. After spending $380, I really felt robbed. I had the Octopus Appetizer ($20) with 3 small pieces of octopus and lettuce with potatoes. The I had scallops with risotto and truffle oil which was horrible (risotto not cooked, very salty, 3 scallops and not the large diver scallops) My husband had stuffed salmon which was awful. My hubby and i did a double date at Sourbon with some friends of ours for NYE last night. the food and atmosphere were both great. i had the dinosaur kale salad and my husband had the fillet (which you know i tried a bite of). both were exquisite. the atmosphere was really nice because of all the hanging plants and lights, but the music was a little but laugh. (it was NYE though, and i’m a granny when it comes to music volume.).

Great meal with the parents! To start we enjoyed escargot and oysters with cocktails. For the main courses we had Crabby Shrimp (very rich and filled with seafood 10/10), Rigatoni Bolognese (very filling 8/10), and Seafood Pasta (10/10). Overall great dinning experience and ambience. A little pricey but definitely worth it.

I didn't think, when we were looking at all of the great plating in the Yelp photos, about time.
We were seated, on an Open Table reservation, at 7:25. Ordered by 7:35. By 8:05, we still hadn't seen our appetizer. Someone must have walked to Maine for the oysters. At 8:05p they were "still coming," Olga, the waitress, said. "Just a few more minutes."
Looking around, at the other guests, there before us, who were sitting with a drink, but no food, they were just sitting... All smiling. All looking. All waiting for Godot, with food that wasn't coming.

The waitress was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. She seemed disoriented and sorry to say just dumb.
1) asked her for some bread because I noticed all the other tables had some . Now I'm waiting on 30 mins and asked her for the second time and nothing. My friend went to speak to the manager directly and then miraculously we got bread.
2) we are now waiting for an hour no food. I speak with the manager. She explained that they are short staffed. Okay duly noted. But why is everyone else getting

I was really looking forward to our anniversary dinner at Sourbon. The photos online made it look dreamy. Upon arrival we were shown to our table. They neglected to wipe it down before seating us. Our waitress was punctual but rushed us. She tried to take the drink menu from me before I had ordered anything. The charcuterie appetizer was very good. They tried to clear it at least 5 times before we were finished. My husband's lamb chops were very good. My "diver scallops" were poorly presented and tiny, the size of a penny. The risotto was so salty. I was quite disappointed.

I passed this restaurant on clematis and looked really cool inside. So I took to Yelp and the reviews are not great for reservations but we didn't have an issue and wasn't busy when we walked in at 730pm, got busier around 830pm. Prices are high for clematis but they have to pay crazy rent I'm sure. We were looking to have a combination bachelorette and bachelor party of 18 but they said they can't accommodate us which is odd cause restaurant is a nice size. But oh well. This restaurant is beautiful! I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area. It is decorated with beautiful greenery hanging from the ceiling, chandeliers, and string lights. It smells like fresh greenery throughout the whole restaurant. The food was great! We ordered two charcuterie boards and escargot for the table. Most of our party ordered the chicken fettucine which was amazing!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I've been dying to come here because of the aesthetics and how beautiful they decorated everything. But that's ALL THEY HAVE TO OFFER! It was such a disappointment esp when I invited guests to try this place. Every incident just kept snowballing throughout our night.

I have been to Sourbon multiple times and love it everytime. The ambiance is something out of a storybook, and you could easily get lost for a couple of hours. The food is always incredible no matter what I've had there, yes even on Christmas Eve, and the service is always exceptional and friendly. The owner is a super sweet woman as well. It's fun to try the daily cocktail of choice, shown below with the orchid, but the lavender martini is truly something spectacular.

Charming Old World atmosphere, distressed wood tables and dishes that transport you to the French country side. Sinatra playing softly in the background just enough for ambiance but allowing you to have a conversation. The staff provide exceptional service, attentive but not overbearing. A true 5 star experience in all aspects.

So pretty and romantic, amazing atmosphere. Although it’s not a real plants decoration but it’s beautiful enough that you feel like you’re in a butterfly garden, so magical. Nice and attentive waitress. The table is pretty small tho. Also the octopus is pretty small for the price too. We barely see it lol. Food taste is great, not to die for but no complain. The drinks are delicious and so pretty. I went with my girlfriend which is a great pair with this restaurant, had such a wonderful time.

Made a reservation here to drink some cocktails while enjoying the beautiful garden-like atmosphere with a group of friends. The staff was friendly and cocktails were so unique, making our experience a memorable Memorial Day. The tables seem on the smaller side, so this probably isn't the spot for larger groups. While we didn't try much food besides a side of fries (got the munchies), the menu, surrounding tables and pictures here on Yelp look absolutely incredible. I can't wait to come back for appetizers and a meal! I definitely recommend this spot to try out professional craft

The food was amazing that I tried. I had some smoked salmon salad, potatoes side and creme brûlée for dessert. I also tried some bruschetta to start. The food did take a extremely long time to get, close to an hour. And there were only 4 of us, so it wasn't a big party. Plus the server was extremely aloof and not very friendly.
Hope their service and time to receive food improves because it's quite a lovely restaurant with some good food.

The interior is the best that I have seen in my great experience of visiting restaurants. The energy here is magical. As for the menu, the prices are very pleasant.
