Beware of wasting time and money with any broker at Wallace and Wallace!
We made a verbal offer for a property my wife and I found that wasn't currently active, realtor told us there property had been for sale for several years with limited interest; the listing was removed 6/26/2020. The owner accepted our offer; as soon as we received the… purchase and sale agreement we opted out of 2 other properties we were working with realtors on. We took 2 days off from work, spent 16 hours calling the county building commission to get information, speaking with people about soil testing, surverys

I recently purchased a home via Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace. Specifically, Melissa and Tim Smith were our realtors and we were incredibly impressed. Melissa and Tim took our purchase just as seriously as we did. They were attentive, professional, and worked tirelessly to make our home search and purchase successful. It has been over a decade… since I purchased a home and a lot has changed. However, Tim and Melissa took the time to educate us and make sure that we clearly understood all of the labyrinthine terminology, paperwork, and legal requirements that buying a house entails
