Casa D'Angelo Ristorante
At our restaurant, you'll experience food prepared according to Old World traditions straight from the heart of Italy - the birthplace of our founder, Angelo Elia. Born in Salerno, Italy, Angelo was first taught to cook by his mother in their home kitchen. Both of his parents (his father was a local butcher) instilled in him the importance of using only locally gathered meats and fish, growing garden-fresh herbs, and baking breads from scratch.

Angelo hand-selects the freshest, seasonal ingredients and artfully prepares them in an inviting setting of warmth and sophistication. A carefully curated list of wines has been masterfully chosen to create an extensive wine list from every region around the world.

The food here, I thought was excellent! The hostess was very nice. The reason they lost two stars was the waitress staff. Ours constantly forgot our table and when she filled my glass with a pitcher a bunch of the water dripped out of the spout and onto my daughters food and she just kept on going. Another waitress constantly bumped into my girlfriends arm and chair as she cut through the aisle with a tray. We overheard our waitress telling another customer (that she obviously knew) how she has been there for 5 years. We were wondering how 5 years of experience missed so much etiquette. BTW their

We dined at this restaurant last night. Our server was fantastic, friendly and attentive. We arrived a little late around 8:00pm and it seems most of the previous diners were gone. There was one couple not far from our table who were loud, boisterous and dropping words that should not be heard in a restaurant, especially when there were young children who heard it all. Their server, not ours, seemed to accept this trash and even giggled several times in speaking to these patrons while they were almost screaming. In addition, we were finishing up our dinner when the chairs were put on top of the

Sat at the bar for a a drink and quick bite and the bar experience was really subpar (took a while to get my drink and there was no follow up on drink or I would've had another and the two bartenders were not personable and spent more time interacting with the waitstaff ordering drinks for their tables than with the bar patrons as I watched carefully and I was not the only one being ignored) and the food (eggplant parm appetizer) was really tasteless (tried to fix it with two rounds of added salt and two tries of added Parmesan cheese) and it came lukewarm so I sent it back and it was returned

My wife and I came in close to 10pm on Saturday and decided to seat at the bar. We were thinking that the bar tender would offer faster service, would know the wine list and the menu better. We were reluctantly handed one menu after several minutes, while the bar was half empty. After several minutes we asked about some dishes and the attitude of the bartender led us to believe that our business was not welcome. We got in the car and went to a proven favorite (GG's waterfront). We're not going back to Casa d'Angelo.

Made a reservation in advance and notated it was for a birthday. Upon arriving we were promptly addressed and also maître d' acknowledged that there was a birthday. Service was below average and food was average at best. Caesar salad was a very small portion and had to ask for pepper. Main courses were jumbo shrimp with broccoli rabe cooked well. The frutti DiMare was lacking in seafood and the sauce was plain with no punch. The branzino was just OK nothing to write home about. I have to comment about the service because we had to ask three times for Parmesan cheese from the server

Terrible experience from start to finish. I made a reservation for 8pm outdoors. I arrived just a few Minutes after eight and the table was not ready. They had us wait like 20 minutes however I could physically see that there were empty tables outside and they could easily put two tables together to seat our party of 6. After a while, they did just that. We didn't get seated for another 15 minutes. By the time we ordered water, it was an hour after our reservation time. The waitress read us off all of the specials. she let our party go around and say our orders and three different individuals

First off this place is outstanding. I 1st ordered the Quattro appetizer. It was so fresh the cheeses were still bubbling when our server sat the plates down. Then I ordered the Penne chablis and my date had a seafood alfredo. Both were perfect. My Penne chablis was outstanding. Our server was excellent. Waited on us, didn't hound or neglect and was very nice. A+ so far! Until I wanted to tell the hostess to compliment the chef. The hostess had a real smug, rude demeanor about herself that really didn't sit well.with me. I told her that the penne Challis was one of the best pastas I've ever had

I think this might be my first 5 stars for a spot in FL (could be mistaken though).

This place was great. Delicious chicken parm and vodka pasta, service was swift and polite, and the overall environment was nice.

I'd def come back for the food!

I have been eating all over the world and restaurants everywhere and have never come across a more arrogant and nasty hostess. She ruined our entire evening and dinner. Have been going to the boca location for several years and wanted to try this one, absolutely awful experience.

I thought this was a very cute place with nice outdoor seating. (No fans or AC outside so very very hot in summer nights can't imagine day time) I believe this place is over priced for what it was. $40 for a piece of salmon. $40 for small bowl of gnocchi. I don't think the price justifies the food. The flavors are good (not incredible). My favorite was the salad with salmon on top.

Cajun salmon on top

Excellent food and customer service. Our wait person, Alvaro was extremely helpful for menu selection. We ordered Cappachiio and grilled octopus for appetizers, both were extremely tasty I had gnocchi, my bf had veal chop parmagiano, out friends had grilled veal chop and filet mignon. We shared bites all around and everything was excellent and perfectly prepared. Alvaro was extremely helpful and the consummate professional
Would definitely reçommend dining here especially if Alvaro is your server. There are a hundred good meals in Aventura but Alvaro made it special.

I’ve lived in the area for 28 years and this was my first time eating here. Chris was our server and she was a gem! All the food we had was delicious. The salad was refreshing. We got the spaghetti parmigiana, fettuccine tutto mare, penne vodka, petto di pollo alla Palermo, and a side of grandmas shells. We would get all the dishes again. We can’t wait to be back!

Good food and service, but a situation came out, we ( party of 6) order main courses and waiter offer white truffle added to 4 of the pasta dishes without been specific about any extra charge, when bill came in it was around $60 per plate, yes you read that right a $24 dollar plate came to $84 , times 4, so an extra $240 on the bill for the white truffle add on, I hate to make scenes on restaurants so we just paid and leave but this should had never happen. Looks like the waiter just want to make quick money and he had a bigger tip but the restaurant has customers that wont ever return. So it&apos

My husband and I settled on this place for dinner when driving around near our hotel, and we were SO happy we did! I got a veal dish topped with crab meat and lemon butter sauce and the asparagus and he got the penne vodka. Both were absolutely incredible! I'm six month post-bariatric surgery and the food was so light and really settled well in my little pouch. Portion sizes were generous. Highlights were definitely the asparagus and my husband's dish. Worth driving out of your way for!

I have been to all the locations and they all leave me underwhelmed with a a high price tag. I ordered the Oro salmon $40 comes with grilled vegetables it had no taste. I like the bread, cheese, and olives they bring out. I usually just look at the menu and think the food is very average. The atmosphere is nice and they do have plenty of outside tables now.

This place is the go-to spot in Aventura and is very busy almost every night. The food was delicious and deserving of five stars, however the wait to get seated was over 30 min despite having a reservation. Recommend that you book a half hour earlier from when you want to be seated.

Everything on the menu was exemplary and our waiter was so nice. The lobster truffle gnocchi was exquisite, but recommend sharing that and another pasta with someone in your party since it is very creamy and filling. We also loved the beef carpaccio and grilled octopus to start. Our favorite was definitely the special

What a meal!
Have been to their Fort Lauderdale location many times and have been wanting to try their Aventura spot. Located in a cute hotel, apartment, restaurant area. Plenty of parking in a parking deck that was $2 for us there for two hours.
Meal itself was just as I remembered from Lauderdale location. Excellent and filling!
They bring bruschetta, bread and olives to the table for a complimentary starter. We shared the Angelo salad which is a tasty mix of greens , cheese , peppers and other flavorings. Highly recommend. We asked to split and they put on two separate places. Penne vodka

I've been checking the Miami Spice website religiously for places that actually are open for dine-in. While I understand why other places are offering the Miami Spice to-go only, there's nothing than actually being in the restaurant and getting the full experience.

Casa D' Angelo's dining room is really elegant but I opted to sit at their makeshift covered outdoor area. The tables were far apart from each other and they had fans so it wasn't too hot. I started with the Zucchini Blossom with Prosciutto, Mascarpone and Ricotta. It was quite superb and loved the nice crunch

Nice Atmosphere for a small size Restaurant. Hostess greeted and shown a table in the back dining room. Waitress Grace came quickly for a drink order.
I ordered a bowl of their Italian Wedding Soup, it arrived promptly along with soft warm bread and super cold butter. Butter could not be spread, so I set near my soup bowl.
Veal Parmesan arrived minutes after finishing the soup. Veal was seasoned and tender. Generous portion of Penne was served with it. The sauce was flavor-filled and plenty to use the bread in.
Carrot Cake was a real treat after this filling meal.
