I love what I do. Bringing order to the chaos that is often in the accounting department of a small business is my passion. I love to put the accounting puzzle together the way that it fits. IMAccounting will design and prepare financial statements and other reports to your specific needs. It is our goal to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful management information to our clients so they can become more profitable. Financial statements are meaningless unless they contain information you can interpret and use.

We will print and mail the checks with the correct amount or direct deposit to your employee personal account. We fax or e-mail the amounts to you, so you can write the checks yourself and give to your employees. We schedule the payroll taxes and electronically pay them. The payroll reports (forms 940, 941, State Unemployment and Federal Unemployment) are prepared and electronically filed by us.

This lady is NOT an accountant. She is a TAX PREPARER. This means that she is supposed to only help friends and family prepare their taxes. She charges higher than a CPA. Please be aware that she carries bond insurance as a tax preparer, not an ENROLLED AGENT, or a CPA. She will also charge you to correct her mistakes. I would advise anyone who needs their taxes to be prepared to keep looking. This person is not the appropriate person for that purpose. Her 5 star rating is most likely given by friends and fools. Iren Miklos should be listed as one of top 10 best accountant in San Diego, CA. She is well versed, updated with the tax laws and a Quickbooks guru. This is my second year using her services in filing our personal/business taxes. She is so patient in educating me especially since I am not a quick learner (I have to admit) and did not rush in completing our taxes. She is pleasant, understanding and quick to laugh when I crack one of my corny jokes. I highly recommend her and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Iren is not only a great accountant but a caring and compassionate person. When she had some time, she taught me how to use Quickbooks to help my husband and I keep track of our business expenses. I met with Iren to talk about my accounting needs. First off I am a new Amazon seller starting out and know nothing about the accounting business but I know that this is something I need to be on top of.

Iren was such great help to my new business!!! She helped me figure out and set up Quickbooks, so now I know what I'm doing and where my business money is going. She is a registered QuickBooks advisor and really is a QB wiz!
She helped me figure out taxes and will be helping me file annual/quarterly taxes as well. Since she's not a CPA, she doesn't charge an arm and a leg like CPAs do but can basically do the same things (well, my business is not that complicated anyways). The first two hours of the consultation was free, so that was very nice too and it was super-easy
