Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Completed my 1 year this past month and yes rent increases (downside). The apartments are nice, outside very nice too, and it is a quite place. I do outside laundry because the washers and dryers are often out of services. I used to spend more than 3 hours doing laundry when it should've been less time. (Now updates have been made) There has been about 3 or 4 power outages and multiple notices of shutting water off due to upgrades. Parking is okay and emergency calls have been okay too. Staff is friendly. Overall great experience with minor issues that can be managed.

Been living here with my girlfriend for almost a year and we’ve not been extremely satisfied with the level of quality we would expect for a 1700+ dollar a month apartment. When we moved in had a lot of things falling off like door handles and shower doors only weeks or even days after move in. Now 9 months into our experience we are being woken up at 8:15 am to demolition construction going on on the other side of our wall to our apartment ( mind you we both work late, we had absolutely no warning of this construction ( especially when this place emails you atleast once a week over apartment

My husband Jeff and i have been staying at the Tierra palms for years. We really loved living there but unfortunately had to move under certain circumstances. All is okay now with the issue that were going on. Thank you Amy/Robyn for your understanding love and support. My dad wants to live at the Tierra palms side but he has too many dogs,lol. I will forever be grateful for all you both have done.

Updated review. When we moved in July 2018 we had several issues with maintenance. Parking was a big issue and laundry rooms were a nightmare. But things have improved significantly. A few months after moving in they did a recount of available spots. After filling all available parking spots we managed to get a 2nd spot and street parking is a lot better now too. Seems there is a new property management group and they are a lot more responsive. We had issues with our closet and it was fix in two days. Recently there was an upgrade to their laundry rooms, so there is actually machines that work

Been living here for a few months and I’m tired of struggling for parking spaces. There’s money to pay for many unnecessary things but no money to create more parking???? I work in the morning and go to school at night and i have to park so far. This is just ridiculous. If you have more than one car don’t move here. You will struggle to find parking and won’t want to leave your house after 4pm. So disappointed.

I have been here for a year and overall the place is okay. However maintenance is horrible. The old maintenance used to get things done, now all they do is wipe down counters in the laundry room and pick up trash. It’s summer time and extremely hot. The ac is out and bc they don’t have maintenance on Saturday you have to wait for things to get fixed on Sunday. Today I complained on maintenance that they came and did not fulfill order that was requested and stated on card. I was then asked was the order put in which it was and then was told I have to wait until Sunday because no one works on

I like living here. I have been here for a few months now. The grounds are clean. The complex is quiet. When I first moved in there were some issues with plumbing. Frustrating I know but nothing is perfect. Everything was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Office and maintenance staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. They have a 24 hour responsive emergency on-call; regular requests are treated with the same importance.
Loved the amenities! We always got the “this is like a resort!” from friends and relatives. The place is very quiet and clean all the time. The apartments are very spacious with upgraded kitchen, huge closets.
