I love this apartment it’s well maintained Staff are nice. But they should include cleaning the hallways and stairs regularly
But I don’t recommend if you have any health issues. This place use to be smoke free but not anymore cuz neighbors smoking Pot everywhere anytime they want breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snack time and my family is so exposed for this second hand smoke so annoying and these people don’t care at all.
I don’t mind anyones business in here but I do care about my families health specially if none of us are smoking and these people smoke sooo much and it stays inside

I have lived here for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. I've lived in apartments my whole life and park apartments are by far the best apartments I've lived in. The apartments are spacious and beautiful from the counter tops to the appliances, very modern and clean. It's like it's own community. The maintenance men are not only friendly but they are very professional and amazing at their job. Every day they are working on the property to keep it looking beautiful. I've lived at Park Apartments for a little more than 6 years now and have really loved it. The apartments were newly renovated when we moved in and the updated appliances, new flooring, and countertops have all made the apartments feel modern & luxurious. The management office has always been friendly and welcoming, and over the years I've gotten to know them well and appreciate seeing them in the community. I have been a resident at Park Apartments since 2017 and feel nice and safe here. Freeways and the mall are just a few minutes away which is also nice.
I always see maintainers or staff walking around the property to check on stuff and the landscapers make regular visits to make sure the place look clean and modern.
I have a good relationship & experience with the staff and never had any major communication problems with the management in the past. I had submitted minor maintenance requests before and they usually took care of me within a day or two.

I used to live in a 3 bedroom house and a pool so the idea of having to move into an apartment was dreadful. However, when we arrived at park apartments we knew this is where we wanted to rent. Wendy right from the beginning was incredible. One of the kindest soul I have ever met. Henry is always friendly. Daniel is such a friendly person, always saying hi to my puppy. Overall beautiful apartments inside and outside. The noise level is loud sometimes during the day because of the kids but then again we are in times of COVID and have to understand that they are kids and filled with energy.

This place is definitely unprofessional. I received a confirmation to my email stating I was able to take a tour of the facility today at 11:15am. I show up to my appointment the girl working there has one no record of our appointment (luckily I had my email to show her). She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO!

I've been living here with my mom for around a year and a half and I only have positive things to say. For starters, the safety, I walk my dog late at night and I've never felt unsafe, I always see security. Secondly, the staff is amazing. Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are

I called 4 times to report that our one and only toilet and bath is clogged. Maintenance promised to arrived in 30 mins. I literally begged for help because I want to use the toilet and clean myself up. I called again to know his ETA and I was told that the plumber will come the following day!!! Where is the sense of empathy and concern!! Didn't he realize that 5 people will have to hold their pee until the following day!!! I even suggested to consider opening their nearby office so we can use its toilet, sadly the request fell on deaf ears!!! As I write this review, I am still waiting and

Park apartments is a great place to live. The neighbors are all very nice and friendly people and the environment is usually quiet and peaceful. The maintenance team is always alert and take care of every request within a short period of time. Especial Thanks to the Maintenance Team, as they keep the surroundings always neat and clean. I lived here for a year. Office staff was helpful in the first 2 months, after that they ignore you or if you do end up catching them at the office they are so sarcastic and give you the "you are the best tenant" BS. They are the most fake persons professionally speaking. Forget about your deposit when you move out they will squeeze every dime out of it. If you do decide to move in which I recommend to don't! Take pictures of anything and everything that goes bad on either end. They will charge you for anything or everything. The apartments are "renovated" and only because

Our apartment is perfect for the two of us; myself and my son. Everything is new and upgraded. The community is nice and quiet. I don't ever hear any of my neighbors while in my apartment.
The ladies in the office are AMAZING! Very friendly and attentive. The few times I had to call for maintenance they were on top of it and maintenance showed up in a matter of minutes. They fixed what I needed and were in and out in no time (light bulbs and a ceiling fan).

Nice community. It's set back off the street which is nice yet you still have access to everything. Pool is always clean and grounds are kept up. The remodel went amazing and they look as nice as ones I've seen in Irvine. Staff is friendly and professional and Leiloni is always willing to help when I need anything.

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star they don't deserve anything ! Let's start with they moved us to another apartment when they started their so called renovation so horrible work n they jacked up their rent so much almost $300 more they want to charge like if it's a luxury apartment when it does not have anything no central air the only thing they remodeled was the bath room smh everything else is the same old kitchen that is falling apart .. not to mention they damaged lots of our property during the remodeling which I made them pay for. I have lived in park apartments for over 6 years and all i can say is how disapointed i am. The renovations that are taking place have made life hell living there. Forcing us to move temporarily into another unit with only three days notice with no idea of when we can move back. Making us do the moving on our dime while assuring us of how befutiful it will look when complete. Disgraceful!!!!! Wendy one manager never returns calls and has her assistant Lalany call instead.
