We just happened to hit something on the 99, tire light went on and we saw Radial Tire on our left so pulled in. Wait was short, they got to us right away and then Fabian didn’t even charge us. Before us, he only charged a young lady $38.80 for an oil change! Outstanding customer service. We will absolutely be back!

Between my family and myself radial tire has gotten alot of business out of us but lately I feel like they are scam artists this has now happened not once but twice I spend a great deal of money having everything that needs to be fixed on my car done only to have it break down 4 weeks later when it never broke down to begin with you claim to be a family place and care about your customers but all seems to me is you take my mo ey and my car comes out with more problems than when it went in I will not be bringing my car back to you

Radial Tire helped to make what was a horrible situation ~ so much easier to deal with. My tire were stolen off my new car and to say the least I was devastated! John had new tires, rims, locks preferred, installed at my house all within 24 hours. The service is impeccable ~ John ~ you are the best of the best!!

Wouldn’t you think a car that needed fluids checked, new belts and an all over check up to get this back on the road would have been looked over 100%? They said well you didn’t ask for a full check up WHEN we did!!! And they said it’s good to go only to over heat at the intersection a few blks away! Poor service and a rip off!
