I found Florin Automotive via AAA and have returned for additional service. They performed excellent work on a number of repairs (some major) and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend! The staff are wonderful, professional and personable.

This place is Amazing! They are all so friendly and helpful. Very upfront with everything and explains details in a plain way, so I can understand what's going on. I'm not a car expert, and barely know the basics. So I love the fact they take time to explain so we are all on the same page. Customers Service is amazing. Every time I call, I get a live person to talk to. All in all they exceed my expectations and I always have a great experience with them.

I drove in with my Toyota 4Runner with no appointment while traveling thru California on my way to Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico pulling a trailer. Within hours they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a radiator replacement, motor and transmission oil change, and new coolant hoses. Back in Mexico and zero problems. Best repair shop ever. Mucho gracias.

A heavily loaded Chevy diesel truck breakdown over 100 miles away from Sacramento pulling a fully loaded horse trailer and moving to Oregon was worth the tow back to Sacramento. I have known about and trusted this company most of my adult life as well as have family and friends. The honesty of operation and technical knowledge available to their customers is beyond compare. Needless to say, the tow was worth it. The frightening symptoms diagnosed, explained and rapidly repaired at a very reasonable cost. I could not have afforded to pay them what the peace of mind and knowledge I was in good hands

This is the best place in So. Sac for foreign and domestic auto repair. The owner is a business owner with super high integrity. I have had numerous vehicles into his shop for repair. He has been doing business at that location for 45 plus years. That doesn't happen unless you continually are treating your customers right and giving back to your community.
