We have used Elk Grove Transmission for a long time and always feel very secure with the service we get from them John is wonderful leader of that shop and makes us feel like our needs are prioritized and we’re given an a divided attention when we come and the shop does a wonderful job of performing the services in a professional knowledgeable and courteous way. The mechanics are very experienced and we feel confident with a job that we have done there we always take their recommendations for services and have never been let down I would definitely go there again and refer them to any family

Great experience at a great price. John was up front and truthful. I checked in at 12:30 after dropping the car off at 8 and was given a diagnosis with a promise of a further inspection. I just wish I could've gotten the diagnosis sooner instead of calling to find out, though I understand that the shop was very busy at the time. I will still utilize this business and refer them to everyone in the future.
