Evergreen Estates

Absolutely love this place. Moved out awhile back but just recommended it to my niece. Linda is wonderful, her boss the other women there she and the handyman are a little off kiltered. Units are well walled and wonderful stainless steal appliances, gorgeous patio, a wonderful solace to rent for birthday parties or other fun, family get together. Winter time is a tad rough with the boiler heat but it eventually works and heats up. Bring a snow blower, shovel and the car!

Great place , maintenance is fast to service your requests fixed our washer in around an hour , office is a bit slow but given the amount of apartments , it's expected, overall great place

Lived here with my boyfriend for a few years and loved it! Previously managed by Heather it was a little iffy but Linda is the new person in charge and absolutely love her. My partner and I couldnt ask for a better place to raise our dog! The janitor is a little suspect and hardly knows how to work a screwdriver but overall tries very hard.

I have lived at Evergreen Estates for over 5 years and I enjoy living here. The current Property Manager, Linda , is honestly the best! She responds quickly to any issues or concerns and is always very friendly. I feel like since Linda's been here, I've noticed positive changes and I truly appreciate that. Chad (maintenance) is also quick to respond and very professional.
This is an apartment complex, so yes, there will be noise. I believe that as an apartment community, it's up to the Residents to respect one another. Clean up after your dogs, pick up your trash, maintain your apartment and respect

I have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. When there has been a maintenance issue, they are very quick to fix it. Linda has gone out of her way for me, time and time again, whether it be to get paperwork ready that I've needed or even just a quick reply for any questions I have had.
It is an apartment so there may be times that you hear your neighbors, but that hasn't been much of an issue for me. Most of the neighbors here are very respectful and kind.
My dog and I have enjoyed many mornings out on the patio, where I can read peacefully and she can watch all the activity from

Beware, they will charge you a month to month lease price of an extra $50.00 before your lease even expires and not tell you they are going to do this. They do not negotiate nor clarify the lease signing date before assessing a fee.
Find out where this is written! Ask questions and get something in writing if you plan to live here. It is a terrible way to treat residents.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Neighbors are terrible. Every morning at 6:30 am it sounds like a jungle gym. Running around, stomping. Some days music is really loud. Wakes us up every morning and on top of that their dog barking for 15 straight minutes. Have contacted management many MANY times and they refuse to do anything about it. Absolute embarrassment of management here, very unprofessional it’s a joke and I cannot wait until my lease is up.

Love living here. Beautiful apartments, wonderful neighbors, & awesome management!! Linda is quick to answer any of my questions & goes above & beyond in all she does. Only nice part of these apartments is that you have an attached garage and your own washer and dryer. Other than that, it is not worth the high rent. I live on the first floor and it's miserable. When someone starts their car, it sounds like it's right in my living room. There is no sound proofing in any of the walls, so I hear EVERYTHING the people above me do (down to them using the bathroom).... When their dog runs around, my walls literally shake. There is no cover for the air conditioner, so in the winter there is a literal breeze coming in, and inches of ice on the inside!! When it rains

Very expensive price for a VERY cheap apartment, it's all made to look nice, but it's not. The border on top of our closet door in the dining room fell off for no reason, and I actually mean for no reason, we rarely used that closet, and we weren't hard on anything in the apartment, little things like that happened all over. The walls are absolutely paper thin, you can hear the person in the master bedroom of a 2 bedroom all the way out in the living room, and you can hear your neighbors walking around, or blasting their music. Because the place is dog friendly, a lot of people think they don't
