I needed help with my taxes so I came here to get things sorted. The accountant I worked with was very helpful and did their best to help however they missed the step in communicating what rates I would be charged and hours of service. Something told me to ask for an update on billing to see where we were and WOW - it was shocking. It turned out that I didn't even need to file that particular year in the first place so all that work was in vein and I still needed to file a subsequent year meaning I am paying for nothing at all. I'm truly dissatisfied with the level of service and communication

Have to admit this experience was a bit uncomfortable for me. It may be. a great tax office but I did my due diligence before coming in & was basically "turned down" or given misinformation before my arrival.
First, the front desk & whoever answers the phone we're so friendly but when I met Robert he turned me down before even looking at my tax return. Stating "I don't want to take your money". I assume he has a fair thought process for this but it didn't come across that way. He said my tax return wasn't too complex. I appreciate his honesty

The very best! We've been working with Bob, James and the team for about three years and they are, hands down, the greatest accounting team EVER. I'm always so shocked at how available, accessible and kind they are -- and, of course, completely meticulous. We've had some challenges with accountants in the past, but not even the slightest bump with this team. They check in, give amazing advice and have steered us in a great direction.
