I am a single mother and we have been treated very well since day 1 here! The kids love the amenities that we get to use and the staff knows us by name! We live in a townhome at Boulder ridge and we love it! It’s much more spacious then I would of imagined. My sister lives in the apartments next door and also has had a great experience living here for the last 4+ years!
I highly recommend them!

My daughter lives here now. First impression when we saw apartment was yuck it was dirty. Now find out you have to renew ur lease 10 months before lease ends. Like what? I have never heard of this. These are college kids how are they suppose to know what life will be like in ten months. And if you choose to not renew you can’t even find another place as it’s way to early to even look. Shady company most def.

Nice apartments but the plumbing is terrible. Seems like every sink and every toilet is always clogged and I have lived here and dealt with it for 15 months. If you put in a maintenance request they just come when they want with no warning or no email so you might as well just fix everything yourself. Glad this is my last lease.

10 out of 10 do not recommend. Poor management. Poor communication. We wanted to renew our lease but was told that it was rented out. We were told we were given a notice that they had already rented out the apartment to someone else but we didn't receive anything at all. It's also hard to get a hold of management.
To add to all this, the marketing team doesn't help at all. It's all a waste of time.

I recently toured Boulder Ridge and Summit and had a fantastic experience. I currently live at Campus Park, another one of their properties, and have really enjoyed it. The apartments are clean and modern and the added amenities are very nice. All the locations are super close to the UMD and SSC campuses which is great as well. I would definitely recommend living here as a college student and look forward to transferring to Boulder or Summit next summer.

The apartment at Boulder Ridge I am living in is nice. It has a lot of amenities included, water, heat and internet is included, and for the most part, my experience with the apartment itself is good. However, the cleaning fee is not justified in any way, as when we moved into our apartment, it was as dirty as if someone just moved out an hour before, and none of the doors in the apartment latched or locked. There were stains all over the bathroom that we had to spend the first day living here cleaning. The sink leaked water. So, the apartment was in relative disrepair, despite the huge cleaning

I have had similar negative experiences as everyone else and figured it’s a waste of time to write another 1 star multi paragraph review about em. The more disappointing thing is these reviews has been consistently getting left for years and there seems to be no change even though the apartment keeps replying to reviews to try to “resolve” the issue. Can’t seem to take any criticism and learn from it which is sad. Management is extremely poor here. Have been vocal to not recommended this place to anyone.

Living at Boulder Ridge apartments was the worst experience I have had at an apartment complex and I have been living in apartments since I was 18. I am 25 now. With the exception of Vikki who was very accommodating and professional, the management was absolutely disrespectful in many occurances and dealt with situations in a terrible manner.
… Initially when you are given a tour of the property and shown the "demo room" of the apartment you will be renting, you think that the demo room is gonna look somewhat similar to what you will be renting. And righteously so. After seeing a demo room

I wouldn't call this a luxury apartment. Very plain and basic accommodations. Parking is an issue. Summit management very unorganized and often gives tenants and prospective tenants a big run around on… resolving questions, issues and concerns. They have a lot of improvement to do on customer relations. Wouldn't recommend applying at any Summit owned properties until they can treat clients with more respect. Unfortunate. We were also charged crazy fees and deposit was not returned.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a management company! My damage deposit was $400 and I needed to be out by August 5th. They charged me for HALF of the month of August even though I was only able to be there for 5 days! They then took out money for "necessary" cleaning - I spent TWO WEEKS cleaning that place top to bottom. And after… all of that I got a check back for THIRTEEN dollars. That's it!! When I called to ask about it, they told me they didn't take out any unnecessary money. Are you kidding me?! If I had known I wouldn't have gotten any money back I wouldn't have
