Excellent Dental Practice. The front desk staff and dental assistants are awesome at what they do. Dr Marshall is a quality Dentist and does not try to rake one over the coals financially. I would recommend Mountain View Family Dentistry and Orthodontics over anyone in Rio Rancho and the surrounding area.

I was treated well at reception, treated exceptionally well by my dental assistant, and was provided a solid experience by the dentist. Would like to have been offered a payment plan for an expensive double crown visit, but otherwise, these folks run a very good operation with friendly employees. They have my recommendation all the way.

Warning stay clear of this dental office.
In the mail I received a flyer $29. New patient special,including cleaning, xrays. l made appointment
For both myself and my wife.cleaned my teeth. Never saw dentist. 2 days later filling fell out. Called office and was told I probably need a crown. Never consulting with dentist.
They billed my insurance company $259.not $29
.there was also a $10 upgrade for them wearing 13 cent masks which they don't change between patients.

Stay clear. This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever been in. I really am confused with taking cell phone photos of my teeth rather than x-rays. Is that because of my insurance?? It just came off extremely unprofessional. Next, I was told a certain tooth needed and root canal and that a prescription for antibiotics would be sent in. Well, that prescription never made it to the pharmacy.
