Cliff and his team at Bachman Auto are professional, reliable, and their communication is excellent. They have completed numerous repairs on my F-150 ecoboost and their knowledge is outstanding. I won't be going back to another repair shop.

I felt cliff & co were very honest and up front. It left me deciding about my vehicles next steps and cliff took the time to talk it through with me, offered his educated opinion, and was gracious as I took a few days to decide. It’s not easy to find a mechanic that you actually believe has your best interest at heart, but here I did. I’ll be back! (Hopefully not too soon haha)

I’ve been a DIY mechanic my whole life and got stuck when working on my old 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. I was replacing the ball jointed links that connect the sway bar to the struts. The nut on one of the balls would not come off because of corrosion. Thankfully the ball fell out of the link rod so I could still drive the car. Bachman quoted me 1/2 hour work to get the rusted bolt/ball off. I dropped it off and picked it up 40 minutes later just as they said. I installed the replacement link and my ol’ van is riding much smoother and quieter. Thanks Bachman!

They were booked out for weeks but said if I could leave my car there for a few days they could probably squeeze it in. They got to it 2 days later and got it done, radiator no longer overheating! Very friendly and professional, would recommend and will come back next time

Was on my way out of town for a 4 hr drive and I heard a clank in my wheel than extremely loud screeching for a few miles. Stopped into Bachman’s and the gentleman came out to inspect my wheel (in the rain mind you), then put it up to scope underneath for extra reassurance - he inspected everything, then let me know all was safe! Even after that, he did 1 extra check to be certain, then sent me one my way! That type of reassurance from a trustworthy source is absolutely priceless! My car was fine and had a smooth trip out and back (including some romps in the sand ;)). I will absolutely be using

It took a while, but they spared my neglected car from needing an engine rebuild. They were able to diagnose the knocking noise and replace rod bearings without disassembling the entire engine. That would have required more time and money. I intend to return again for routine maintenance.

Well we were in Wheat Ridge visiting from out of state. We had developed a big unsafe problem with our rear brakes.
We stopped in, chatted with Donovan. He had patience; friendliness and professionalism dealing with us and our rather sick old suv.
They were busy but he discussed it with others In the business and were able to fit us in within 2 days.

I called this place to get an estimate on getting both front and back brakes replaced on my car. At first I was price shopping and looking for a shop that would be convenient for me for location. The first mechanic I spoke to gave me a quote of $600 to $800, a very very wide spread but at least gave me a ballpark idea. I then shopped around some and got one shop saying $825, seemed a bit high. Then for comparison I called the dealership for my car and got quoted $670 for all OEM original parts. I am not exactly a fan of the dealerships for repairs so I thought maybe I should go back to Bachman

My AC stopped working in my SUV during a recent trip to Colorado. I took it to Bachman Auto and they promptly fixed the problem by replacing the blower motor resistor. The service was fast and friendly. The only reason for the not five-star review is that I was charged double to what was listed on RepairPal Fair price.

Ok...writing about how pleased I am with Bachman Auto after what I went through w our Ford dealership does no true service! Let me just state up front these guys did an incredible job at an affordable price. After getting an estimate at our local ford dealer, I was in shock at what they said was wrong with our three year old explorer. Due to that shock, I insisted on a second opinion. Cliff and the Bachman auto folks gave me that second opinion and not only reduced what I was expecting to spend, they actually found the root cause of my problem and resolved it vs ford just saying ten different things

I moved to Arvada 3 years ago and left a trusted local mechanic. Finding a reputable and reasonable garage/mechanic was a concern as we both have older ( and paid off) vehicles. You can put your trust on Bachman's. They are trustworthy, knowledgable and treat you like you're their neighbor. They'll even give you a ride to work. You can't go wrong here.

So I had to replace the clutch on my Honda,sigh... Like most things like this you can never really plan for these things... Anyway my employer has been taking their vehicles to Bachman Auto for as long as I have been working for them and since my last mechanic burned me I gave Charlie a call. He was great told him my situation and he called me back half hour later with a quote on the job. It was very reasonable so I took it in the next week when I had the cash.
