Called before I drove here for a simple smog check got there while the workers were talking and watching tv an hour before they closed and they told me they weren't doing them anymore

Never bring your car to this place . Especially if you are a woman! They WILL SCAM YOU
I needed my radiator fans replaced and the man said I had to take my car in and he had to inspect it first , the charge was $60.
They told me they will call me later that day, they ended up keeping my car over night, I called the next day and said they haven't checked my car yet.. till the next day.
Once they "checked " it , they lied to me saying it was my fuse box that needed to be replaced and it was going to be $700 plus tax .
These people are big scammers!

I took my 2008 Chrysler Pacifica (at the request of the AAA tow truck driver Juan) that informed me that this was a AAA approved auto shop. I knew nothing of this shop or the driver that suggested it since I live on the opposite side of town. So, I proceeded to have my vehicle towed there on 07/10/2021 I had to be in LA for a scheduled family trip to Mexico on 07/19/2021. Took the car in to get a AC recharge and I didn't diagnostic with a diagnostic they only had told what to put in it was wrong but after being so cold fixed and took the car the AC was still blowing warm so what's the diagnostic for Direct diagnostic on the AC unit come to find out they had only and tell that the thing to be refilled also that one of the reservoir is between both things was updated by them come to find out it was more wrong with the AC to do in a diagnostic on the vehicle as for what

The sunset location messed up my brakes then got bought out...this location was the only one I could go too...they said to fix the mistakes of the sunset location it'll cost a extra $600 never going to AA auto again

I come her for all my work on my cars. I come for an oil change and he asked which oil I wanted and I told him the basic for 9.99. And he's like who charges u that price? I said that's ur basic oil change price. And than he states 15 mins later he doesn't feel comfortable with me I might blame him for something that will break. What will break huh? DON'T COME HERE! POS!!!

THIS PLACE IS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS! I got a smog test & the mechanic informed me I needed a fuel tank repair which cost $1300.00. This fuel tank part had been RECALLED by the car manufacture & the part was to be ordered & installed for FREE. I found out about the FREE recalled part because after my car had been in the shop over a week awaiting this fuel tank part that had been ordered, I called another shop trying to find said part myself & that's when mechanic at another shop informed me that that part had been recalled by the car manufacture

Do not bring your auto here, very dishonest they installed a rack and pinion on my Nissan Titan. $3600 in charges rack was forced in to place completely destroyed had to have a new rack and pinion installed at a different shop another $1300. The front end alignment I was charged for was not done. AAA driver told me they where an approved shop he also lied not an approved shop. Do not go to this location you will be sorry if you do!! Total scam artists!!

Worked with Torry, the store manager to get my car fixed. He was pleasant and willing to negotiate on price. He replaced my front axle, three motor mounts, a transmission mount, and lower control arms. After using the car for almost a week, the car seems to run fine with no issues. He also showed me the parts he replaced before discarding. I would come back for any major repairs.

I have had some minor issues and some major issues with my Hyundai Elantra in the past few months. I was given a quote from other companies but once I came to AA Auto Eric was extremely honest with me about the condition of my vehicle. He quoted a price a few hundred dollars less than other guys. He took care of my car and offered to help me anyway he can in the future. Unfortunately, I needed to call upon them again for a leak, my air conditioner, brakes and rotors. Torry and Eric both worked with me and the company also has financing available. Super helpful dudes. Very personable and professional

I came in for what should have been a 3 month oil change but I was informed that I had two major leaks, and the knocking noise in my car was because I had no oil due to the leaks discovered.

Repairs were done that same day and my car was ready for pick up the next day.

Eric the manager is great. He was able to physically show me the problems with my car to let me know what needed to be done before actually doing any work on the car!

By far a rip off. I was told my AC was leaking and could not charge. They supposedly put a die in my system and told me to drive around and see if I see a leak and come back. They confirmed they only put .65 lbs of freon in my car and charged me full price as if my car was full charged with 1.75lbs of refrigerant and ready to go. There advertised price was 99 dollars for a vacuum and recharge the advertisement was still playing at the desk. But charged me 150 for an incomplete job and left me to find a leak. When I asked why am I being charged full price the guy said because we put refrigerant

About a half of these places have bad reviews but I gave this place a chance in September 2018 because it was the closest one to my home but I see I should've went behind them to the other AA auto because these people are unprofessional. I called once a week and wasted gas after moving til I got tired because I waiting on my cover for my engine to be replaced after it got lost. I was told they ordered one from Toyota and after calling every Toyota in Las Vegas I discovered not one received an order for that part. Extremely disappointing experience. I thought this was the OTHER AA Auto shop that is located right next door. I had received a couple oil changes there so when I needed a passenger side mirror replaced, I wanted to go to the shop I trusted.
Called this shop up (thinking it was the other one..) and asked if I could order the mirror, over the phone, ahead of time so my car wouldn't sit in the shop.
No problem. Was told (on July 13th) they ordered the standard, non-heated mirror, that would be painted to match my silver car. I payed up front for the mirror and they told me they would call when

I went in for my usual Oil change service. The crew as different , New Manager and Counter Help. They completed the oil change attempted to get $448.00 out of me for a service they were recommending that was needed and asap. They lied about what was needed and what was completed along with the oil change. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

They didn't know what they were doing, and my car never ran right. These guys are crooks!!!!

I stepped into this place at 2:30pm. It's 4:15pm and the employees haven't even looked at my car. The guy who I spoke with told me it'll be an hour at the most.

The same guy walks outside and sees me waiting by my car, he gives me a confused and concerned look, he asks me if my car is almost finished. I told them they haven't even started on my car. He goes and tell his employees that my car is next. Then he leaves. I'm still waiting on my car to be serviced. This place is TERRIBLE. Wish I would've went ANYWHERE ELSE.

Took my car in today ( labor day ) and found the shop a little busy. Needed an oil change and it only was $ 19.99, cheaper than I could have done it myself.

Left and about 5 miles later car started to smoke from the engine compartment, they left the oil cap off. Took it back and they did make good. Redid the oil change, cleaned the engine and since my girlfriend lost money from her cleaning company, gave us a gift certificate. Well done Mark way to treat the customer well.
