Staying in Grand Rapids for the weekend and wanted to go to a bar with some food. This one had fairly good reviews. However service was terrible. We walked in and were told by the DJ to seat ourselves and that he didn’t work there. Music was very outdated. After 10 minutes and a few waitresses walking past our table we still hadn’t even been acknowledged. We walked out and got food elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place.

There was amazing karaoke and the blonde bartender was kind and supportive. The brunette bartender was surprisingly rude. She interpreted my loud personality as drunk and would not serve me at 22:00 (40 minutes after the time I am writing this), despite only a few drinks to build my karaoke courage. While I was drinking, it was clear my husband was driving, not myself. We were appropriate guests. I would not ever choose to be served by the brunette. I felt judged and out of place. I would not recommend coming on any night the brunette is serving as the end of the night was definitely a disappointment

It was close to closing time but there weren't any customers left so they were already cleaning up. The staff was cool and let us sit down. The bartender was super nice and friendly even though she probably had to stay longer because of us. I didn't catch her name but Thank You. You are much appreciated.

The only reason why I am giving 2 stars was because the bartender was SPOT on. The most uncomfortable chairs I have EVER sat in. Service was terrible. We sat there for 20 minutes before my husband went to the bar to get our drinks. Waitress was busy talking with customers. After our drinks were half gone we finally got menus. We each ordered a party melt. We ordered grilled stuffed depends and those were the only thing with flavor. Patty melts had absolutely NO seasoning and were dry after ordering them Medium. My back was killing me after sitting forever in those terrible chairs. Probably wont

Worst place ever. Waiting staff is extremely rude and has psycho people on their staff. A group of mine was there and we left the establishment and the waitress chases us out in the parking lot screaming for people. First of all, that is insane behavior and uncomfortable. Second, a person in my group paid for everyone’s first drinks and then paid… the bill. She then got some food and another drink for her to pay for. Her card had been ran for the first bill and then she got the second bill for her $4 Mac and cheese and it’s $40. Like what in the actual hell. I would never recommend
