Hands down the best shop in the thurston county area!
I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. After having a horrible experience with dodge of Olympia, and the local firestones. Ben and his team not only had my jeep inspected and fixed in one day, he also has very reasonable, honest prices for a mechanic shop.
Ben and his team are very professional, and truly do go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. All the horrible stories about shops out there. You will not get none of that at bens.

Amazing, I have had this issue with my Saturn's front end. Non stop knocking when I go over bumps or turn Les Schwab was able to diagnose it for me (sway bar frame mount bushings) Ben's automotive was able to replace those for me for half the price of other places I tried including Les Schwab. Super friendly staff well worth the 3 weeks I had to wait for an appointment

Definitely satisfied with my service from Ben’s Auto and will have no problem referring friends and family to their shop! Based on reviews alone I’ve tried several shops in town. I am on a fixed budget and the prices here compared to other places are really good. For the service and knowledge you get they could charge a lot more but you can’t put a price on good, honest work and an excellent reputation. From oil changes or wind shield wiper replacement to tedious electrical or engine diagnosis, Ben’s Automotive can do it for the price they say and they will have it done when promised.
