This new ruling allows for a client, regardless of insurance status, to walk into RCCS for a same-day assessment and, if appropriate, can be admitted to our program on the same day. We no longer require clients to wait for formal insurance, county or Minnesota Behavioral Health Fund approval before being admitted into one of our treatment programs.

This new process gives our clients direct access to treatment ASAP, when they are ready to take that first step! Under Rule 25, an assessor gathers information about an individual and makes a determination whether the individual needs treatment. If so, different treatment options are considered to make recommendations for treatment.
Services
To help our clients make positive life changes, we exclusively work with adult men and women who struggle with addiction, and mental health issues. Our clients also have a history of criminal behavior. We are the only treatment provider who targets this population. We know we can make a difference with our evidence-based programming.
The only reason we're able to help our clients is because of the effort our staff puts in on a daily basis. When our team uncovers gaps in services, we work closely with them to provide solutions to make their jobs easier. Together, we help our clients to learn how to make healthy life choices and rebuild their lives.
There are currently two men's programs. Men face various challenges during treatment that are best served by other men. During treatment, men learn how to address issues of criminal thinking through anger management and behavioral modification. Every client has an individual treatment plan. We apply the latest technology for our clients.
Our focus is on supporting men in treatment as they learn how to make healthier life choices. Men face unique challenges when they go through the recovery process. Customized for each client, treatment plans are developed based on the individual needs of each client. As treatment progresses, there are many challenges and milestones along the way.
Our new TeleHealth program is designed for people who are on probation, home monitoring, or have other recommendations from the courts to seek treatment. The program is a 10-week program, with 1-3 hours per day sessions, three times a week via video conferencing or telephone calls. Individual and group therapy sessions are available.
