Marbella Villa

When we chose Marbella we loved how clean, quiet and appealing the unit was. Sue in the front office was great with handling all our questions and concerns. She was quick in handling our paperwork, calling us to confirm we got the unit! Let us know if we had any questions to call or pop into the office. We had an issue with our counter, Sue had the maintenance worker Jaime was quick to come and get that fixed same day. Thank you for Marbella for making this a great transition and always keeping us in the loop! Can't recommend this place enough!

This gem magically showed up in my life at the right time. I needed a place to live and I happen to call Marbella Villa. The manager, Sue was very helpful and communicative. I made arrangements to go look at the apartment and when I drove into the property it felt like I was in the mountains. While touring the places, immediately I noticed it was very clean, and well kept. I decided I wanted it at that moment. Now living here for the last 5 months, I have nothing but good things to say.

Finally moved out and this is my first apartment! I definitely don’t understand any of the negative reviews regarding management as Sue has been amazing, cooperative, and answers any and all questions we had. The community is quiet and neighborly and seeing so many happy pets in the windows is a big plus (: would definitely recommend this complex and I’m glad my first place away from home is here!

I had the pleasure of living here for 2 years. The best apartment I have ever lived in. Very nice community that is kept clean. Whenever I requested maintenance, they were there to help me the same day. Relaxing pool and spa area. Overall, a great place!!! I have no complaints. The manager Sue is such a sweet woman. She was so helpful whenever I needed her help with anything and answered my emails/calls promptly. Look no further if you are apartment hunting!

When the pandemic hit we lost our jobs and went on unemployment like many others. We informed management of our situation and they just said to look on the website. They wanted us to sign up for credit and get into debt with them. Then they gave us paperwork to fill out for some "help" but all they did is leave notices to pay now! And notices they suspect us of abandoning the unit. They would send emails lying about only giving us 24 hours to submit paperwork for assistance, when no where on the documents did it say that. They made us feel like they didn't care and wanted us out.
Rent is too expensive

I called to ask a few questions and the lady that answered the phone acted like she hates her job, doesn't really care what I have to say and I could barely hear her. How sad are you? That already tells me this is a horrible place, I'm really glad she said no to my question.

This place is a total fraud! They will try to manipulate their way into raising the rent! They forced to raise 20% increase in one year!

People are entitled to what they think about Marbella, but let me put it to you this way. I lived here for 4 years as my first time moving out on my own and I loved it. Yes, Sue the office manager is rough around the edges, but once you get to know her she is great. Sabrina, she is awesome and super friendly. As for my apartment itself was great to start off until my family and I grew out of it. If you treat your apartment like junk, it will be junk. Though, I treated my apartment in pristine condition and it was great to my family and me. One thing I can say was a bummer and the reason why I moved

Went in there one day to see if they have anything available and asked for a tour and the manager was very rude. She act like I needed her. She didn't even want to show me the apartment. I have never met anyone that was in property management as rude as she was. Im surprised she still have a job there.

I would recommend this place to most people. They have a gym facility and I came across one of the residents working out there who was so helpful. Now I see him all the time and ask him about gym routines and anytime he is in there I always ask him to join in and he has no problem with it. The other neighbors are also very friendly. The manager Sue is amazing and seems to really be in great spirits every time I see her. Love this place

This place is built in the 70's and nothing has been upgraded, the lady in the office is just rude. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I lived here 4 years now and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

My review: I lived here for a year and a half and never had any problem with management or other residents. Overall very quiet community, mostly adults and families. Had a couple of work orders and they got to it promptly. Washer/Dryer in unit, large bedrooms, great place to live. You also get two covered peeking spots with very storage cabinets. We rented a 2 bedroom.

I have been a resident of Marbella Villa for two and half years, for the most part it is a
nice apartment home. My problem is with the management you do get quite a bit of
letters posted to your doors about rules and regulations you are advised that cars
should be washed so the to keep a clean looking environment. As a resident I feel the
property management has no business to tell their paying residents something like that.
If having a clean looking environment is important to the property management, then they
should properly have the walk ways cleaned instead of walking on muddy walkways

Place is alright compared to others around it which isn't saying much when your next door building is a Motel. Management is completely dishonest and doesn't care about there customers one bit. I've experienced it first hand (I was actually one of the tenants they liked and favored and I'm still saying what i'm saying). Manager of the place lives on site and just about every time i'd go in and talk to her, she had something bad to say about my neighbors and I quickly realized she was saying stuff behind my back to others as well. She even had the nerve to tell me that the handyman was worthless

Management is very responsive. Actually, they're one of the better management teams I've seen. Grounds are very well kept and quiet. While there are no dogs allowed this does help keep the grounds all the more quiet. I've never had an issue. Any maintenance request is met with same day repair. And while cats are allowed I've never seen them as am issue as residents take good care of their pets and are respectful.

I am not a resident here. I just called to check if they have some available rooms. They told me only something left. And hung up my phone call very rudely. Feel so bad for the person who took the inquiry calls. They don't even know what it is courtesy is. And from this point, I don't think this is a good place to live, at least the management looks not nice.

This place is great if you don't like or have pets, if you do have pets then you have to pay a hefty deposit of several hundreds of dollars ONLY for cats NO dogs allowed which is sad because I love dogs.

The place is located on Central and Philadelphia in the central of chino if you know what I mean! its right in the mist of everything grocery stores, markets, clothing, shopping anything and everything is around.

The apartments are nice and clean they have a GYM, swimming pool, several BBQ pits and the complex is quiet here but the management has a set of minor strict rules. Guest parking

This place isnt bad. compared to other apartments in chino, this one is reasonably priced.

the management is ok, they leave memos on everyones door to keep us informed on things.

people are pretty nice here. not many kids running around, and people pretty much respect the quiet times.

the grounds are clean and the apartments are nice. i like the fact that the gardeners come every week and clean the place up and the whole place is sprayed for bugs too! this is probably one of the nicest, cleanest looking apartment complexes in chino.
