Do Not move here if you have children!! I am so fed up with this place thank God we are moving into our own house soon! They try to threaten you saying they spoke to the attorneys and try to put me and my kids during a pandemic they got me twisted me and my neighbors are so fed up! The manager told me in the voicemail she was hoping to get a notice prepared to serve me before she went home for the day like who says something like that it’s insane...

I lived there from 2014-2017. The management always dealt with our concerns for the most part. But no matter how often they had their exterminator come to my apartment (1-2 times a month if I remember right) and how clean I kept my apartment we always had roaches. I could never get into the year round hot tub during the winter because they would forget to unlock the deadbolt to the gate, and the rent kept going up an exponential amount every year, it got to the point we had to move out of the area (not the apartments fault). A suggestion to the apartments would be to compensate tenets while problem

My children and I have been living here going on 2 years now.....havnt had much to complain about anything and everything that needs fixing is serviced right away..we love the maintenance man and staff they are very friendly and caring to my children and myself we love living here at cypress Terrace 😊

In the past 10 years of apartment living, I would have to rate Cypress Terrace as my number one pick... Great management(you're truly appreciated Ms. Baudi for you're professionalism, friendliness and assistance), awesome staff(Elisa, Octavio & Rosa). We actually resigned for an 18-month lease after a year's lease... Love the feeling of having a community that feels like family 😍

I live here for 6years, the past 2 years living here is a nightmare. There's a lot of delinquent , homeless around... Some one stolen my brand new car,, the management is really bad they don't do anything for the tenant.. I hate this place also they don't fix anything from your apt. There's roaches in the apts..
