Park Villas has been my home for the last 3 years. I'm so thankful for this cozy, clean, pleasant place to live. The management team is extremely hard working and does a lot for tenants that is often taken for granted. I know for the fact that Martha, the manager is an amazing mediator between the owner of the complex and tenants. She really cares about this place and residents, she is a tough love kind of a lady. I appreciate her in so many ways. Merari, the manager assistant is wonderful. She also works extremely hard, always doing this extra mile for tenants. When I was applying for a rent assistance

I have lived here since 2016 . I absolutely love the Management Team as well as the maintenance. They are very friendly and professional! They are caring ! And I love how they always have activities for the children. Dog friendly. Miss Martha and Yulissa love ❤️. Thank you 🙏

This place is pretty run down. The parking lot and people with give you a ghetto feel. People work on their old cars in the parking lot and kids take up the outside areas like it's their backyard. There is a security guard at night, only reason they deserve the 1 star

Enjoyed Park Villas while there, friendly staff, nice events for kids, maintenance kept up, grounds kept up. If I ever had a complaint management took care of problem. It's apt living people, can't be perfect, but it's fair.

Horrible....so many people live in one apartment one place has 10 people and there all 2 bedrooms and parking is worst the back is full of junk that don't work people just park the grounds keeper just details his truck once a week I don't think he dosen't anything else ...uggg I can go on but what's the point
