I've been renting a house through Claude for around 3 years now. The house is owned by a family friend of his, and he has graciously played middle-man the entire time. I'm guessing that normally, his responsibilities as realtor end after we sign an agreement. He's been very responsive to our needs both during and after the lease signing, usually getting back to my emails within 1 day and often on the same day. He has good interpersonal skills and has helped us work out various issues with our landlady over the years.

I recently worked with Claude on finding a studio apartment. He was friendly and very responsive. Most importantly, he actually listened to what I was looking for in terms of budget and space, and was kind enough to show me several different apartments until we found the right one.
