Q: How many visits to Aiken will I need to make during the build process? A: There are three sets of appointments which will be coordinated through my assistant, Marge. You should plan on three business days here in Aiken for each session. One will be soon after signing a contract. The other will be at the time we are ready to do an electrical walk-through with you.

Great customer service! Rusty came out the same day I called for a free estimate. He was friendly and respectful. He thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was and answered all of my questions. He examined the whole roof and inside the attic. He took pictures of the problem and what he did to fix it.

They performed a roof inspection at no charge to provide a quote. They reroofed my house and garage in 1 day and meticulously cleaned up afterward. Their invoice matched the quote. They did a great job. Since then, the furnace was replaced, resulting in damage to the roof and consequently a leak. I told Wolf the truth that the leak was not their fault, but they repaired it the same day I called and did not charge for the repair. You could not ask for a better company to do business with.

Pretty happy with the house he built for the first few years. Our shower floor failed and we found out the tile guy Wolf used didn't install a shower pan. Wolf construction said he only had to back his work for 8 years and we did not discover this problem until around nine years. We where left with almost 14,000 dollars in repair costs. We will never use him again.

Absolutely terrific!! I noticed my smoke alarm was chirping yesterday; figured it was the battery, but sure enough when I unscrewed it it was wet. I call Wolf, Jenny answered and told me not to worry because they might have someone nearby to get over there ASAP. Jenny called back in a few minutes to tell me Geoff/Jeff would be there in the next 30mins. Jeff showed up in less time than that, identified the problem and had a fix right away! Cannot express how pleased I am with Jenny and Geoff. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly got the job done!

Wolf Construction exceeded my expectations and that takes a lot. I have been know to be unrealistic when it comes to expecting excellent customer service as well as a product that exceeds my standards. From the first phone call to the day the roof was installed and even after the sale, their values and standards as a company were always top notch. I would only highly recommend them for any construction need.
