I'm Joann Loo, a boudoir photographer based in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. I've been there- doubting that I can be "sexy". Heck, I still have bad days and moments of doubts. Just a few years ago, I never would have thought I would become a boudoir photographer. I was always the quiet, reserved girl and my swimsuit was a one piece with shorts to cover up even more. I had my insecurities but discovered that boudoir has a way of changing that. I am a mother, and I know how our bodies change after having children.

Joann is a masterful photographer, she made us feel at ease and provided suggestions throughout our session that helped us feel more natural and relaxed. Joann went out of her way to make sure we were happy and well informed, from the advanced communication on expectations and preparations for the day of, to the follow up communications afterwards. We could tell on the day of our wedding that she had already put time and advanced thought into our evening and it meant a lot to us.
