I have an Audi Q3 and I never have any problem with my car. However, one day the engine light turned on and when I called AUDI to schedule a service, they said that they don't have time for another week and they will charge me $250 only to check my car and I should cover the rest of the charges of there's any. So I looked for a local mechanic shop and I found Automotive Plus. They had available time for me right away. 10 minutes later I was at the shop, they checked my engine for FREE, and they said that sometimes it happens when you put bad fuel in your car. I asked them several time

I cannot say enough about this place. What a wonderful experience. Honest and upfront. We had unknown issues with one of our cars and on a recomendation, went to see Jim.
He not only fixed the problems but showed us the old parts, which our old mechanic never did. Price was great. Service was great. We highly recommend this business.

Jim is such a great guy, I have been going to him for years. He is always honest and won't make recommendations just to make a quick buck, like most mechanics. He almost always sees me same day if I have any issues and will even fix it right there on the spot while I wait. I will never take my cars anywhere else for repairs.

I'm so grateful to have found Automotive Plus!!!!
I have a 2003 Audi TT that had been mishandled by a mechanic from the past. Chris took my car under his wings and with their expertise they whipped my Baby back in shape in ONE day!! A couple of weeks after that my radiator blew and had my baby towed to his shop again and in just a few hours my car was up and running again!!!

His shop is super clean, that's hard to come by! You need to get down there and get your automotive needs taken care of the right way, the first time!

Though I normally prefer going to the dealer, this time they quoted nearly $2k to resolve two issues. Choking on the cost, I searched for less expensive alternatives though wanting to stay with someone who specialized in Audi repairs. After getting three different estimates, and then speaking with Jim on the phone, I was comfortable taking him my wife's TT. Turned out far better than I expected. Jim got started and realized the dealer had misdiagnosed the issue. It was something a fraction of the cost. Frankly, not knowing any better, he could have done

Seems like people have had a good experience here. Unfortunately, not nearly my experience. I brought in a 1975 Corvette to have a starter replaced, an exhaust vent capped, and an electrical short resolved. To be fair, the exhaust was taken care of, as well as the starter installed. However, I received my vehicle back with damage done to the body. The excuse was the vehicle was left out over night (a clear act of negligence) and was vandalized. My hood had a significant chunk broken off of the hood, and the electrical short had not been resolved. All being said, I brought my vehicle in to have

We were visiting California from Minnesota, and our air conditioner went out. Knowing we were going across the desert, we were pretty desperate to get the AC charged quick! A quick Google search brought up Automotive Plus, and great reviews. We were nervous, being out of towners but didn't see much choice. Jim had us come in right away. He recharged the condenser while he and my husband exchanged stories about being in the Air Force, and being from New York. It was a wonderful experience all around, and we are both so happy we met Jim! Don't hesitate to go here for your auto needs.

Jim is seriously, the most honest mechanic I've ever encountered. I came in to his shop thinking the repair I needed was $2,500 (replacement of the head gasket), a diagnosis given to me by a different mechanic from another repair shop. When I brought my car to Jim he discovers that it's simply my radiator and thermostat that need replacing. Total cost from Jim was about $675. He could have easily done the more expensive job, and billed me for it, but he was honest about what my car truly needed. Saving me THOUSANDS. Thank you, Jim!!!

I have actually not had my car serviced here....yet! I took my 2010 Golf to see Jim because I thought it needed an oil change. He checked the oil, saw that is was still full and clean, and said I do not need the service at this time.
He could have totally just changed the oil and charged me the $50 or so it was going to cost, but he didn't. Can't tell you how much I appreciate his honesty. My own mechanic said it would be somewhere between $60-80 for the oil change and the import place that works on VW's was going to charge more than $100.
