Our philosophy is to take a conservative approach to dentistry, using state-of-the-art technology, and to create healthy, beautiful smiles that our patients can confidently display for years to come. This philosophy stems from a very simple, yet profound belief: We treat our patients the way we would like to be treated.
At Swanson Dental Group, our focus is entirely on our patients and our objective is to ensure they receive the highest quality care available. We use local Reno dental labs for both fixed and removable prosthetics. This means we have personal relationships with the technicians who fabricate the final products of Dr. Swanson's dentistry.
If you are a new patient to Swanson Dental Group, we politely request that you arrive 30mins prior to your very first appointment at our Reno office in order to fill out paperwork and allow us time to get your information into our system. The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual dental needs and treatment plan.

Swanson group is the best dentist in Reno, NV. They work appointments around your schedule. They create a priority sequence for your teeth so more pressing tooth matters are worked on first and let you know before your appointment how much you'll need to pay. Employees like Melissa and Allen are a treasure trove of useful information. The quality of their work exceeds all expectations. I am a hard judge and work in the medical field. My score for Swanson dental group is 98% with 2% room to grow.

Dr Garret Swanson is probably one of the best dentist I have been too, he takes the time to explain things and answers all your questions. He does great work and is always very gentle on my mouth/teeth. I am happy to have found a great dentist in this area after moving from Nothern California. I've been coming to the Swanson Dental Group for quite a few years now. With each and every visit, I've always felt satisfied, and self-assured, that each and every concern of mine was dealt with. My comfort has always been a top priority during each appointment. It's obvious that Dr. Swanson believes that to be a number one concern. Since even the minor dental procedure can be nerve-wracking for some, the Doctor and his staff go out of their way to assure you this will not be the case. I started going to Dr. Swanson years ago and wanted to wait to leave a review so I could experience just about every situation with them.
Dr. Swanson is the most kind caring dentist I have ever met. I can be a difficult patient and not once did he make me feel uncomfortable or out of place for it. Dr. Swanson also made sure to tell me how proud he was of me for quitting smoking which was so nice to hear. He's listened to all of my concerns and referred me to an awesome orthodontist.
The ladies at the front desk always greet me by name and answer any questions I have about billing and scheduling

I am thankful to have found a dental service where the people are knowledgeable, kind and entertaining. I approached my first visit at Swanson Dental with apprehension and was eventually set at ease as Dr Garrett Swanson took the time to show me images of my teeth, explain what I was looking at and answered all my questions. I shared my fears of unnecessary drilling and he was patient, kind and non-threatening. For the first time in many years, I felt I could trust this dentist. Dr. Swanson and his staff are incredible. Dr. Swanson takes the time to keep his patients informed about every procedure. He answers any questions his patients may have, and follows up on patient wellness even after they've left the office. I've never experienced a more caring and professional experience with any dentist. I'd highly recommend Dr. Swanson.

Dr. Swanson and the staff are Awesome!! Very caring and concerned with their patients, and any issues with oral care. The entire staff is over the top in their professionalism and take the time to answer any and all questions regarding any procedures that I have had. Dr. Swanson has always followed up by taking the time to go out of his way to make that extra call after any procedure to make sure that I am doing well and is available to give any feedback or advice to do with the recovery from any procedure I've been through. If you're looking for a new dentist give a call to Swanson Dental Group and see if they take your insurance. Yes I drive all the way to Reno for my Dental care. Why drop the best you've ever had just because you move away!? He's worth the drive, Dr. Swanson is great at what he does. I was a little anxious to get my filling yesterday because I… always remember it hurting soooo much the next day when I was a kid. I woke up today and nothing!! The staff is super friendly too. Jenni always makes sure I get back on the books for my appts when I've had to cancel in the past and when Covid came

Dr Swanson is awsome as is everyone in the office. I have always been terrified of dentists until I found Dr Swanson. He explains everything that is going on during a procedure which really put me at ease. He even called the next day to make sure I was doing ok. I have never had a dentist do that. And the office staff is wonderful as well. So happy I found them.

SO grateful to have found Dr. Swanson for my growing family. My husband is a reluctant dentist visitor and has had GREAT experiences - which really says something. I left a high-trafficked practice in town which was recommended dozens of procedures I don't need. Dr. Swanson is not only fixing their shoddy work, but he's telling me what's actually necessary and what's not- that type of honesty in this business feels all too rare these days.
