It's hard to describe how terrible they are - the best explanation may be that the siding/insulation on my wall fell off in a storm and went without repair for OVER A YEAR. I also had termites for several months before an exterminator was sent. My "agent" was Robert Kline Jr. He lied about contractors being unable to contact me instead of just making the repairs, and never responded to calls/texts/emails. Any review above one star is fake.

We own condo and use Arizona elite as a property management company for Airbnb type stays at first they were ok said they would take care of everything 100% Now they do not want to pay or the pay is short we receive letters weekly from the Arizona Dept. of revenue saying we owe penalty's and interest for none payment of TPT tax of which they were suppose to take care of with the rent they receive. Correspondence is not good or its a lie!

This company is so unethical. They sent a fake debt to a collection agency on me. They never contacted me and submitted this debt 2 years after I moved out. They refuse to talk to me. They are so unprofessional. Scammer. Don’t rent from them or you will have to del with their fraudulent business practices even years after you move out you will get surprised with a bogus bill. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. They are from employees and are required to publish them. Sue Korman was my property manager but she transferred to another group. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY….! They will keep all of your deposits and make up BS excuses on why they will keep your money. They kept all $1750 of our deposit and couldn’t even give us actual receipts of what they used the money for. Their handyman Mike, will just write up a receipt of what he “fixed” so that way they don’t have to show actual receipts of what they “worked on”. Professional con artists here…. Made a reservation on their website. Received an email that my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. Called and the person on the phone said they only took 30 day or more reservations for this property. This was not listed on the property information anywhere, and it allowed me to book for 2 nights and took my credit card info. She asked if she could help me find another place to rent, I said yes if she was able to find me something in a similar price range. She said no we don’t have anything in that range, especially on short notice, thank you, then hung up the phone. Great customer

We had AZ Elite handle our vacation rental in Mesa. The first year and half were pretty good. We live in WI and stayed in our condo a few months a year. Then COVID hit and we were unable to get to our condo. AZ Elite did rent it out for almost the whole year. However, when we were able to finally make it to our unit in April we were surprised and angry on what we found. Many repairs were not done and who knows if we were charged or not over the year. First things first one star is too much. I have been living in the same home for over 4 years. I have came to the realization that I am dealing with SLUM LORDS. When I asked for things to get fixed or put in a maintenance order the reply back is fix it yourself. In 4 years I have not been late and have been on time and actually has paid extra on my rent to stay ahead of the game.
