Hands down the BEST Indian food in Baltimore! Not only is the food delicious but their costumer service is wonderful! Things we tend to order are: chicken korma, junelly, vindaloo, lamb korma and junelly, samosas, and the naan basket. We love Indian food, so why didn't we give Mount Everest a try earlier?

My boyfriend and I have had the chicken tikka masala, naan, and samosas at Mount Everest, Tambers, and Namaste and in our opinion, Mount Everest is by far the best at making this meal in the area. The curry is creamy with several tender chunks of chicken. It is not overwhelmed by tomato-flavor and it is not thin like soup (problems we have encountered at other places). You recieve 2 substantial pieces of naan per order that are warm and soft - easy to pull apart and use to eat up extra curry. You receive 2 samosas per order as well. They are large and full of flavor.

First time takeout customer. This is excellent. Each of our four dishes is extremely flavorful. Chicken, lamb, chickpea, and veggie dumpling dishes. Hard to pick a favorite. 5/10 spiciness is plenty/a good amount for an average white guy. Veggie dumplings were the only one I’d consider skipping for next time. But 3/4 dishes I almost certainly will order next time. And there will be a next time.

I was craving some lamb kebab and found it on the Mt. Everest menu. It was listed at $19.99 online but when I got my order they charged me $21.99. I also ordered the mulagatawney soup listed online at $4 and was charged $7. I have no problem paying for good food (I've worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years and I've been to India 5x, so these are some of my fav items to eat). I was awfully disappointed when I opened up my lamb kebab and saw a tiny portion of lamb with a few chopped, raw peppers and onions. For $21.00 for some ground lamb I was expecting a lot I guess.
