If you're watching you're figure, this is not the place for you. Could have fed my whole family with one meal!
Loved the Western skillet! Well cooked, great ingredients, and even came with pancakes (aka flapjacks)
Waitress was great and very attentive even when super busy and everyone left happy and full.
Gonna have to visit Indy more often!

Terrible customer service!! The server was so rude that she slung my carry out order across the table ! Her attitude was just as bad as her service skills. When I inquired about the status of my order, she appeared to be angry that I disturbed her with my illogical question.
Honestly, the food is mediocre, so I decided this morning that I wasn't having bad service with my over easy eggs and pancakes; I told the woman that she could enjoy breakfast on me!
I won't ever patronize Flap Jacks, again. 1st Watch has pretty good pancakes...

Not bad. My babe and I decided to try it out for first time. Not anything spectacular. I have had waaaay better many places. It's just basic breakfast. Not anything to rave abt. I will say I may return and try something different next time. They took much cheese on my eggs it was a thick layer of cheese too much. The juice is very pricey it was $4 for cup of oj and 3 for a small Apple juice. The service was fast. So fast I wasn't sure if the food was pre-made. The server was very polite.

Leaving a review as a server here in hopes of gaining some understanding from our customers. As of right now, we are lucky to have 3-4 workers on weekends, our busiest time of the week. We usually only have one host who also handles to go orders.. this restaurant gets A LOT of to gos. As you can assume, with a full restaurant and only this many workers, we often become overwhelmed. If you are planning to eat here on a busy weekend, it would mean the world if you were patient with us. We certainly try our best but we are not superhuman! Just be aware of our short handedness and we will serve you
