Advise! Think very well before you move in here!
If something gets broken, it takes forever to get it fixed. Overpriced, and you can't even use the amenities like pool, gym, or club house.
I have friends renting at other complex nicer than this one and they are already able to use pool and gym following COVID-19 health regulations. All they did was sign a waiver to use the amenities.

It was pretty cool I went here the other morning it was still dark outside but the lights were on in the parking lots I found the garages to be large luxurious and spacious but the bathrooms are a bit cramped congested and claustrophobic. Overall I would say it's an ok place near the highway with ample parking day or night and an interesting color scheme to boot I may sleep on it and give it more thought and update this review to let you know what the decision will be in the future.

Avoid this place. Was over priced and even though the staff is friendly they are not at all on top of repairs or getting your deposit back. And they even kept our deposit and charged us more money even after they walked through the place and said it was all good. I should have taken photos of the form they filled out for themselves saying the apt was clean and all good. They said they had to re paint when they told me they wouldn't have to. I had it professionally cleaned and they added a housekeeping charge - EVEN AFTER They told me it was all good - and as fair as repairs - the don&apos

I came into The Reserve early June to take a tour because I was looking to move into the area for a job opportunity. As beautiful as the property is I must give the biggest compliments to the ladies in the office. Nicole and Stephanie were so accommodating to any question and concern I threw their way. Not only were they very helpful, but they did it with a smile! Though I took a job in the East Bay and did not move onto The Reserve it is a beautiful community with even more incredible staff! Thank you!
