It was quiet when I come into the office but Ann came out to greet me. We sat down in her office (me being on the couch) & just started talking. Being that it was my first time, I was a bit nervous, shy, unexpected anxious & I'm sure she can sense that. But as we started talking, the nervous walls came down quickly & I began enjoying our chat. I liked how she made it very easy-going & friendly & I'm hoping all our future sessions will be like that. I look forward to seeing how she can truly help & make a difference in my life.
