Very pleasant experience with this rental property. Staff were so nice and they made sure my apartment was spotless before moving in! The price is affordable and there's plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about you or your guests getting towed. The only issue is that since there are many residents and a senior citizens complex, there tends to be many ambulances that come to the property, sometimes at random times early in the morning.

I Absolutely Love It Here,The Property Has Really Grown Throughout The Years. When I Moved In 11yrs Ago It Was Rough But The New Orlo Management Team Has Completely Turned Things Around For The Better With An Overwhelming Amount Of Upgrades,Amenities And Most Important Of All Security! I Only Initially Planned On Being Here For A Year,Yet I Find It Impossible To Leave. This is a really great place to live. I have a very busy schedule that involves a lot of travel so the location is absolutely perfect. With me not having A lot of time, the staff has always been extremely helpful in addressing any of my needs. One of the things that I like most is that there seems to be no expense spared to making improvements to the properties making it a very pleasant place to live. I haven't seen anything like it in any other apartment complex that I've lived at over the years.

Convenient living. Lease signed online, I also set up auto-pay for rent. They have a convenient store in one of the buildings that delivers. Trash chutes so I don't have to walk outside to take out the trash. Any issue with the apartment and maintenance is there quickly. Very convenient location too right next to 696 & m10

Very dirty! Very poorly managed! I absolutely hate it here. The K-9 units are smug and rude. The staff is always mean- they treat us like criminals. They are ignorant and ghetto. The doors don't have handles, they have drawer knobs- that really hurt when you open them because they are heavy fire doors being opened with a sharp edged drawer knob. This is literally a night mare come true!

This was a nice place to rent, my roommates and I rented for a short term 3 month lease in Jan-Mar 2015, and it was okay. The security booth is really annoying for guests, but sould keep out crazies in the area, but some wander in regardless. Sometimes the elevators wouldnt work in the building which was frustrating. The gym was pretty convienent and I liked the store on the grounds even though I didn't use it. They seemed pretty secure overall as a grounds with the security booth in the entrance, at the gym and the key fobs to get into buildings. They really took a lot of our security deposit

Renter beware.
They hold contests every month for five star reviews trying to entice people with raffles and such. The five star reviews are mostly lies.
So let's start with the good. My electric bill in the winter is normally 30 bucks. That's pretty much it. The security guys are pretty nice too. The real security guards, not the people in the booth. If you're lucky, you'll hear a lady in the security booth scream on the phone at her baby daddy when you're pulling in. Fun times.
To the bad. This place has horrible management. They threatened retaliation if I posted
