Services
Northstar Counseling Center is located at 120 Sears Avenue in St. Matthews. Clients may use the side entrance (Marked "Equus") to access the elevator to the second floor. We occupy Suites 205, 206, 207, & 214. Our office is currently offering telehealth and limited in person services, following CDC guidelines for vaccinated individuals.
Carol Ann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Kentucky and went on to obtain a Master of Science in Social Work with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville.
Amanda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky. A Florida native, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and went on to obtain a Master of Science in Social Work with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Kentucky, Allison practices from a family systems and relationship focused perspective in her work with clients. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Anderson University and a Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family therapy from Campbellsville University.
Nikki is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisory designation in both the states of Kentucky and Ohio. Nikki earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH in 2007. Nikki is passionate about helping people reach their maximum potential while providing a safe and healing environment to elicit positive change.
