I am from Eritrea, a country in east Africa, but was born in Khartoum, Sudan as a refugee. My parents left Eritrea during a civil war in an attempt to make it to the United States. Seven months after I was born we were lucky enough to make it to the United States. We bounced around a bit from state to state when I was younger and eventually landed in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This office has no Communication whatsoever. Every time I called to speak to my paralegal she is never in. I called recently and they told me she was no longer with the company. When I asked to speak to the new person they told me she was not in as in the past. I have left my name and number many times as well as my husband and still yet have received a phone call to this day. I called the receptionist who seems to be super rude and have an attitude and asked to speak to the office manager. She told me that the office manager was not in when I asked around what time I would be Expecting a phone
