Key Harbor Insurance was founded in 2013 by Un Denneny, and steadily grew to one of the largest insurance agencies in the local area. By 2017 the agency became to large for a sole owner to operate and manage the 8 agents working with her at the time, which led Un to search for a party able to purchase the agency in order to manage and operate it effectively.
John comes to Key Harbor Insurance as a former Farmers Insurance Agency owner as well as bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development in the senior housing industry. Judy has been a Real Estate Broker in the Puget Sound area for over 25 years, and is now focusing on the operational side of Key Harbor Insurance.

I rate Tina high for a number of reasons but recall a need recently to add additional vehicles to my policy where Tina expedited my request prior to her going on her vacation. I respect and appreciate her dedication to completing my request before she left town. I have consistently received swift responses via email.

A few years ago, we moved into our house and used the same insurance company we had with our renter’s insurance. We figured since it was bundled with our car insurance, we’d keep it all the same. Fast forward a few years and we’re in a pandemic, we were trying to find ways to save money and we finally took a look into our insurance.

The worst customer service ever!!! Do not get business with this company. Agent Sarah is the worst!!! Very unprofessional and very irresponsible!!! Communication skills are so terrible. Sarah does not keep any of her commitments to her customers. She makes a lot of mistakes and do not learn from her mistakes. She repeats the same mistake over and over vain!! She does not keep promises to customers. She never admits whenever she makes mistakes!!!!! Do not get business with this company. You will regret!!!

Agent Sarah is really unprofessional, rude and so mean. I think she doesn't have a license. That means super unprofessional. I'm not going to contract this company due to Sarah, when I asked to Sarah for my car insurance, she made a payment and sent a bill without my consent. She doesn't even apologize for her mistake. If you contract with this company, your all bills might get out of the way without your consent. I will never come back here. never again!

I was with his company for a few years; at first they were great! After they got my business; it went down hill. communication is zero. the phone number they provided me ALWAYS goes to voicemail and they never call back. getting a hold of someone is near impossible. bottom line; I found better service and a better rate elsewhere.
