I left this office feeling very uncomfortable. The dentist was confrontational, short, and had no bedside manner.
My husband, daughter, and I all had appointments at the same time. We were told we could all go back together. When I finally saw the dentist he abruptly said that no cellphones or more than was one person was allowed in the back. Due to his tone I told him that he needed to talk to his receptionist because she had said otherwise. He asked me twice who the receptionist was, had her brought back to me and reprimanded her right in front of me and then proceeded to again tell me that

Dr. Aref has definitely hands down been the best dentist my children & myself have ever seen. He was very informative of what work was needing to be done and made sure to always ask if there was any discomfort during the procedure.
The front desk receptionist (Alexa) was very welcoming coming into the building and attended to our needs at a very timely manner. She even had our next appointments scheduled for us on our way out so there was no wait after our appointment.
The Manager (Jennie) was just as helpful and friendly as the ENTIRE staff. She is definitely a huge role model in this office

I went to this office as an emergency and Dr.Aref is the best dentist in town, he took his time and explained everything to me and did not rush me. Every other place I felt like a number but at this office I felt like family. I was so nervous but when I got there the 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing. They both stopped what they were doing to welcome me and help me. They were very knowledgeable about what was going on. The assistants were great as well. I can’t say enough about this office. Thank you for being so kind.

Allwyn Dental was amazing with all 3 of my children. Very patient and very attentive to the kids needs (always asked if they were in pain or comfortable). The med assistants were so kind and treated them way beyond what I expected. Each child got a toy at the end and the ones with no cavities were photographed for their gorgeous tree. The front desk person( ALEXA F. ) met our expectations. She explained all the work getting done, as well as how to cover the costs. Folders with all info and next appointments were all ready for us when we were done. So no waiting! Manger Jennie was also amazing.

I just had the BEST dental appointment EVER! I have had major dental work through the years. I travel all over the world with my job and have seen a number of dentists. I broke my temp bridge and was in a panic about having to see another new dentist in a new place. I called these guys and let me say, the gal on the phone was so helpful and very nice. She asked the dentist if he could see me today and he said yes have her come in. When I arrived the front desk gals put me right at ease. I didn't have a long wait either.
