The lady at the counter is very RUDE!!!!!!!! The food is ok they always get the orders wrong and have trouble understanding you but when it come to paying they have no trouble understanding you,

Really good. Date of visit: September 18 2021. I was shopping at Home Depot and it was past lunchtime and I was starving. One can work up quite an appetite shopping so I gave the Chef a try because I love Chinese food. I was not disappointed at all. My take-out was fast and fresh. My Discover Card was welcomed here so all is good. Plenty of parking and the restaurant delivers.

Followed them to their new location, used to love them.. after the last visit, its time to find a new place for chinese. they are never on time with the orders, even if you order well in advanced. very rude to customers as well, they don't seem to care either way. oh well🤷‍♀️

I asked for Yuxiang Rou Si (as opposed to american-style shredded pork with garlic sauce), and I got it just how I wanted. The Singapore-style mei fun was flavorful and strong.

Placed an order for Pineapple Chicken online. Arrived at restaurant at scheduled pick up time. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order I am told they do not have Pineapple but can still make the sauce. ??? No offer of a discount. Sorry, not paying full price when you are missing key ingredient. Not to mention you wasted about 30 minutes of my time and didn't even apologize.

The food was not ready when they said it would be. The soup was very good. The meal was common . Not enough sauce on the general chicken, the egg foo young had no flavor the gravy was a little salty the Eggroll was good it seemed they had more business then what was planned for

I have been a #1 fan of Best China Chef for 20 years. I will NOT eat Chinese food from any other restaurant. They are courteous and polite. They are professional at what they do. But, let's get down to it...the food I mean! Everything is made with professional chefs and I say with a little love thrown in. If they do make a mistake on your order, they make it right. I know there are other Chinese food places that others may say are great too, but I will not spend my money at any other establishment. Keep up the awesome cool job!! Love, love your new location where subway used to be.

If I could rate zero I would. I have ordered 3 times for this place. Two too many! The food is always salty the female manager is rude even worse on the phone. I ordered the Peking Duck Sat 17th my 2nd $30 order from them (with no free drink no incentive to repurchase) I called to ask if they give anything for those large orders they said no. When my order arrived I ate a piece of duck shared my daughters food out and went for another piece of duck and saw feathers. I called back told the person who answered the phone that there are feathers on the duck. They passed the phone to someone else who

First time ordering from Best China Chef. My Daughter took one bite of her broccoli chicken & closed the lid. Before trying mine, I offered to share my food. Mine had very few pieces of chicken or cashews & the pork fried rice tasted old & rancid.
I didn't call them back because our meals were so bad I didn't want to eat a replacement meal from this place. We cut our losses and ordered two wonderful meals from China Penn. We should have gone there in the first place.

Generation Tso Chicken was very good. So was the pork fried rice. I also had boneless spare ribs but they were on the dry side. Very big portions for the price (I ate a lot before I took the picture)
