Paolos Pizza & Restaurant

First visit was great! Service and food was great. This visit was a little disappointing. Our server barely came to our table. She did come over to ask if wanted to get dessert, we said no (bc they had no coffee bc "they already turned the water off ". It was about 740p when we arrived and no coffee?! She walked away after getting our response and took another10 minutes to return and ask if we were ready for the check. Mind you our plates were empty.

The take out is solid, we've never been disappointed. Eat-in is good too, though we've only done that a couple times. Most recently we got catered food from Paolo's and everything was great and very reasonably priced and they even helped me load it all in my car. We'll definitely be ordering from them for family events in the future.

We both ordered personal size Stromboli. Meat lovers and cheese steak. Plus their sampler platter. Oh my!!! The platter was fantastic. The shocker was the Stromboli. They were huge. We took home half of the sampler. 2/3 rds. of each Stromboli. The establishment was very clean, not crowded and polite waitresses. The lemonade was excellent. We will be frequent patrons of this establishment. We both highly recommend this dinner. Food was excellent.

Absolutely delicious food. My fiance got the chicken Alfredo and I got the shrimp and scallop scampi. Both dishes were amazing! Also hands down, best cannoli I've had in awhile! Definitely recommend dining at this place

I'm not hard to please but they just didn't do it for me. Both of our mashed potatoes were cold, the veal was nothing special but the worst part was there was a hair in my spaghetti!!! The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the server Brittney was so friendly

Ordered and paid for extra cheese on 1 pizza and also ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza. Hardly any cheese on the “extra cheese” normally more cheese on a regular cheese at other places. Plus there was a big gap between cheese and crust. Buffalo chicken pizza, was all crust and the crust was no bueno, shame but have other places that are 100 times better. Place used to have the best pizza back in the day. Beer was cold and bartender was pleasant, but 1 or less stars for food quality.

Great portions. Delicious soups, salads, and sauces. Our appetizer took a long time to come out, but our soup/salad/entree did not take long. The bruschetta isn't that great. Large dining area and bar area. Friendly staff, but one girl spent most of her time dancing by the register which was a bit distracting. Almost seemed over staffed when we were there for dinner. Location is very easy to get to and there is ample parking. Building has been remodeled and its nicely done. Bathrooms could be better, but are definitely acceptable. Have a separate area for takeout and pickup which seems well stocked

We recently got a chicken cheesesteak Stromboli that was terrible. No cheese, and the dough was still raw, girl at checkout seemed rude and in a rush unfortunately I didn’t notice how terrible it was till we got home, by then it wasn’t worth the drive back to complain. Highly not recommended

I was there for a luncheon. The service was excellent. Our server was extremely polite and courteous. She took our beverage order as new people arrived. After everyone arrived. We placed our order for 2 doz. Wings, 2 pizza's and a cheese steak Stromboli. Our food was served hot. Everything was excellent. The best Stromboli and pizza. I've eaten in a long time. I will be a frequent patron with my spouse. I highly recommend this establishment.

Was expecting a lot more out of this place when visiting for the first time. Walked in and the place looks very outdated. We got the app sampler and it was just gross fried veggies with overdone chicken tenders. The pizza was alright but the dough got soggy very fast. Probably won't come here again.

Tiny wings... smallest I've gotten an entire order of ever. Sandwich wasn't so good either. Burger was somehow dry and chewy. 3 stars only because their 'Dark Side of the Moon' cake was really good.

Paolo’s has been around forever. It’s a staple in the community. I’ve been a customer since I was a kid. Food and service has been consistently good. I love the Italian stromboli, white pizza, and the chicken parm. The restaurant is rather large. It has 2 bars and a very nice new patio. It’s a great place to take the family out for a very good meal.

Spent $64 on take out, major disappointment. Poorly packed. Fish and shrimp soggy, hot sauce spilled all over a meatball sandwich. I asked for extra dressing on the side. Not only was that forgotten but it was an $11 box of dry lettuce and hardly any meat and cheese. Never again

Went here at 1230 for lunch today (Saturday). Wanted to eat on the patio but is was reserved for a private party. Not a good idea on a Saturday. We sat in the bar area inside. It was starting to get packed inside and people were coming in then leaving because they couldn't sit on the patio. There was one waitress in the bar area and after every table got full our service came to a halt. Couldn't get a second drink and couldn't order any food. We got her attention and got the check. Have had good food here in the past, but during this visit we were one of two tables in the main dining area. The service was incredibly slow, we waited an hour to get our entrees and when we received them they were luke warm. The food tasted good but it was hard to enjoy cold food. No staff members apologized for our wait or even checked on us during our meal. Very disappointed with this visit and very unlikely to be back soon.

First place we tried after moving to Pa. I'm a SJ Italian and have kinda been spoiled with regard to food so I was skeptical. The one thing that we SHOULD be able to rally behind is our beautiful US Flag. Old Glory does not represent any one person but she waves as a never ending beacon of hope for ALL Americans.

Paolo's has had their flag at half staff for most of the Spring. Other than a few days for corona victims, 1 half day for Memorial Day and a day for Peace Officers Memorial Day - the red, white and blue needs to be at the top of the staff.

This place is a childhood favorite of mine. The lasagna is incredible and the prefixes are very reasonable. The wings are also great.

Foods pretty good, love the pizza and wings special. The only (and rather blinding) downside to it is the service. The bartender is unbelievable lazy in demeanor, and for whatever reason it takes about a half hour to get a slice of pizza and an order of wings--and this is for every refill you get when you do the Wednesday special. It astonishes me every time I go. Keep going back because it tastes good, but my lord they need to figure something out about their urgency in getting orders out.

So they've increased prices. Food was ok to begin with, that coupled with the increase and smell of disinfectant, we'll never be back. The 1 time salad bar $11-$12 ridiculous. Then the waitress for the neighboring table picks an argument with an elderly couple. She blankly talks down to them. Rude and over priced!

Ordered a large Paolo's Special stromboli.

Specifically ordered it with extra extra extra LIGHT onions. Did I get that? Absolutely not.

What I did get was a stromboli that that had more sweet peppers AND onions than I would likely consume in a year. Not kidding.

The stromboli looked great as I opened the box. Nice and big and looked delicious. Upon cutting into it I saw a very *large* amount of onions and sweet peppers with very *little* sausage or pepperoni or extra cheese, as it's advertised on the menu.

This used to be one of favorite places to hang out and have a few drinks. However, after last night's rude and God awful service I will not be returning.....ever! The bartender inside was down right ugly to my party of 4. Seemed as though she was not in the mood to deal with "bar people". (perhaps you should work in a library) She was very short, arrogant and rude and acted as if she just wanted us to leave. She was however very nice and accommodating to the Paolo's "regulars". Well guess what Paolo's. You just lost a good customer because of rude and ugly staff

Very nice, family friendly restaurant. A friend and I shared the Hawaiian pizza, fried pickle spears and a variety of wings. All very good and reasonable prices. Good beer selection too. Bonus: we sat in the new outdoor area which was nice.

Sat at a table to grab drinks and possibly apps for a Friday night. After 10 minutes, no one came to our table, so we moved to the bar. Our bartender paid us 0 attention. We asked HER (Kelly) for every drink (even water) and had to get her attention although she gave it to other predominantly male customers. Very frustrating experience having a bartender that cared 0 about your order. In addition, three times after we ordered (2 after drinks, 1 after asking for the check), she helped several other clients and fulfilled their orders before helping us. Disappointing. Frustrating.

I would have given 5star because the pepperoni pizza was perfect (see picture) however the meatball sub was so soggy the whole bread was not edible had two bites wasn't impressed I make better meatballs than here.

The appetizer certainly arrived before my beer! Cheesy garlic bread starter was good and plentiful for 2. Main course arrived nicely also. Veal Park was good, meat raviolis also were good although a bit watery. Desert was also yummy! All in all a decent experience except

Here's another one of those places in town that I had passed probably a hundred times before finally giving it a go. But once I started working just a few minutes away, Paolo's has become something of a grab-lunch-once-a-month type spot for me.

I'd definitely go more often if it wasn't for the, at times, AGONIZINGLY slow service. I think this is why you can sometimes notice the server's eyes light up when someone at your table orders the salad bar since it's, you know, self-serve and all.
