Jessica Kludt is a native El Pasoan. After Jessica graduated from Coronado High, she went to the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Biology and continued on to get her law degree. After graduating from law school, her mother, Stephanie Townsend Allala, recruited her to move back to El Paso and to join Townsend Allala & Associates.
Lidia is a proactive legal assistant with a diverse office administration background and more than 7 years of experience providing support to attorneys in civil and corporate litigation cases, family law, estate planning, and elder law.
She completed her studies in Advanced Tourism and Marketing in Spain, received innovative strategies training and two internships in Arts Centers of Ireland, and gained an Office Administration Legal diploma with Honors in Toronto, Canada.She is Administrative Assistant and Legal Assistant for Ms. Townsend Allala.

Alejandra Rodriguez has a background in Criminal Justice and County Government probation services. She holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Science in Communication. Alejandra has expansive experience in adult criminal justice systems and service to our community. Alejandra is the Firm's Client Coordinator.

I wish I could recommend, but my experience with this attorney, Jennifer Coulter, that wrote the will for my mom had told me that she would answer questions about the will she had prepared. Then went on, with a major conflict of interest, and began to represent my sister after my mom passed!! Even though it was completely unnecessary, as my sister… and I already had a plan that fell completely within the will parameters. Also pretty unethical. My mom was unhappy with the will that my hateful sister PUSHED through before my scheduled visit, when my mom wanted me to be present for the will

My experience with this attorney, Jennifer Coulter, has been a nightmare that SHE created with HER lies and deceptions! She wrote a will for my mom in January 2020. I was supposed to be at that meeting, but my scheming sister FORCED my mom to have the meeting four days before my scheduled arrival. My mom indicated she was unhappy with the will and handed me a stack of receipts with my name on them of things I had left in my mom's care when I moved away from El Paso. She handed me this stack of receipts four days after the will was prepared saying I would probably need these. Doesn't seem

I needed help with a decedent's estate. I was from out of State but my brother died in El Paso. Jessica, Stephanie, (and Tess) had answers for me and did the work in a timely fashion. They linked me up with great realty people, and went the extra mile in perfoming non lawyer type services as well. Most importantly they were very efficient, but the personal friendliness was also quiet welcome.

I do not know where to even begin. It has been an nightmare trying to get help for my father and I thought I had finally found an answer. I was wrong. What at first appeared to be a helpful and caring lawyer turned out to be a huge disappointed and waste of money. First of all, they do not care to let you know when they plan on cancelling or not showing up to an appointment. I waited 30 minutes only to be told she was out sick. Really? Stephanie, Jessica and Jen are wonderful. What a great law firm.
