At age 14 my Dad bought me a Pentax K1000 35mm film camera. I spent my high school years dressing up my younger sisters and their friends, photographing them in our garden, at the beach, or against the sun bleached walls of vacant coastal holiday houses. I thrived on creating new images from my "fashion shoots" but never knew that I would do it professionally one day.
Years later, after graduating from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Art in Illustrative Photography, I moved to Southern California with my husband Justin. We now live in Costa Mesa with our sweet little girls Olivia and Penny, and I couldn't be happier.

Services
Each session takes place on location or at the client's home - depending on the age of your children and your personal preference. I shoot using natural light, so if you choose an outdoor location the best time for pretty light is either early morning or late afternoon before Sunset.
However as a Mummy myself I completely understand the importance of working around nap times so if we need to schedule your session in the middle of the day, I can find a location that works with midday light.My photography style is candid and spontaneous and I strive to make each session as fun and relaxed as possible for both the children and parents involved.

I work with each of my clients to help them find the best location that best represents their family and personal style. One 8x12 and Two 5x7 archival quality prints of any of the 15 images you select for me to retouch.
